31528 So, Memphis about to sign with a Brasilian relegation club, because no sensible European club was willing to meet his salary demands. Wonder what mental gymnastics the cowhead is going practice to justify putting the Failure in the selection, making a financial choice over a less financial, but sporting wise more rewarding UEFA club choice.
My thread in the referee forum for the Nations League got closed without a reason given. @Orange14 Could you assess what's going on? Who did it? Why?
He's not going there for sporting merits I guess. If he gets a contract with a pay between what the highest bidder in Europe is willing to pay and what he demanded, he still gets more than going by sporting merit. If he really gets paid of course, as this club seems financially crooked. He better demands seeing a deposit in his bank account weekly and not giving them credit.
Well, we can't discuss refereeing of the NL, as my thread was closed without notification and explanation of the why.
Maybe @Orange14 should post a NL refereeing thread. I bet that asshole doesnot dare to fok with a moderator.
I suspect the pay will be exactly that, between what EU clubs offered and what Corinthians offered. I highly doubt a Brazilian club would be able to meet his full salary demands. Thats of course assuming he gets paid at all EDIT: Corinthians are 2 points away from getting out of relegation zone
They don't like to have a lot of different threads on that forum. I cannot do anything about it. There is a UEFA competition thread: UEFA Competitions: Referee discussions 2024-2025 [Rs] | BigSoccer Forum Post there.
I like this lineup. Maybe a bit too defensive though https://www.flashscore.com/match/IN7Ip9li/#/match-summary/lineups Looks like I'm going to miss the 1st half
LOL, Bosnian goalkeeper is impeded by his own team-mates but Oranje gets the free kick against. Strange scene.
Nice goal and game by Reijnders. The midfield is quite well staffed now. If only we had the strikers of the early 2000s.
