So you made a thread just to cause trouble. You're not a Real Madrid fan anyways so why care to ask?

Weak job at flamebaiting. Lockjaw, please close.

Although I do believe Raul has not performed up to his best in a while, the same can be said about the team as a whole.

Although he's only has 3 goals for this season, the team as a whole hasn't scored nearly as many goals as we did last season and the season before (both seasons when we still didn't win anything). Here are the goal totals and goal differences over the past 3 seasons.

    04-05 - 71 goals (39 GD) 38 games.
last year, 70 goals (30 GD) 38 games.
This year, 32 toals (11 GD) 25 games.

If Raul has the service he had the last time we won a title, I think he would be back in the double digits. The real question is if the team as a whole can score more than 1 goal a game that doesn't come from a penalty. Not this year, for sure.

I dont' care if Raul reaches double figures or not .. If he helps us win more trophies, i'd be content with him scoring ZERO goals ..

He has 8 goals in all competitions thats pretty good considering he's being played as a midfielder most of the time. Two more goals and he'll hit double figures :)

Either answer yes, no or maybe....or keep quiet ok

And your excuse for him sucking also for Spain.

I ain't the only one.....heres what Owen has to say
You need to trust your manager but I was scoring goals – I had the best goal ration in the league, let alone the Real team - and I was coming off. It sickens you and you think ‘Sod this, I want to go home.'
I'd be piss too if this is who they had me playing second fiddle to.
    2004-2005
    Owen..........1868 minutes 13 goals........a goal every 144 minutes
    Raul............2570 minutes 9 goals.........a goal every 286 minutes
Owen 20 starts 16 ********ing substitution
Raul 31 starts 1 ********ing substitution

Don't worry hes getting there.....at Raul's present rate RM bound to win a trophy in one of the next two seasons
    9 gols.....a goal every 286 minutes
    5 gols.....a goal every 354 minutes
    3 gols.....a goal every 564 minutes

The only way he'll help the team win some trophies..... is if those zero goals come with him also playing zero minutes

Knowing Raul those two goals might not come before the next campaign....as in season 2007-2008 :D

And for the record Raul is not being played as a midfielder......thats just for the paperwork.
Thats why nobody wants to see Raul start scoring goals more than Casillas and the defenders.....becoz those are the only position left for Raul to try is luck at.

I love how you compared Raul to Owen when they didn't actually compete for the same spot on the team. Raul is a SS. Owen is not. Owen would have taken Ronaldo's spot. So why don't you compare those two instead? Not here though. Go somewhere else where someone might care.

blah blah blah ronaldo this, blah blah blah ronaldo that. GET IT IN YOUR BRAIN, WE HATE RONALDO, WE THINK HE IS A FATMAN WITH NO FUTURE, HE IS NOT GOING TO WIN THE SERIE A, OR THE CHAMPIONS LEAGUE OR COPPA ITALIA, HE IS NOT GOING TO ACHIEVE ANYTHING BIG THIS YEAR OR NEXT YEAR, HE IS A WASHED UP OLD FAT MAN WITH ONLY STATS AND GOALS. RONALDO WILL NEVER ACHIEVE AS MANY AWARDS OR LOVE AS RAUL, RONALDO WILL NEVER WIN THE CHAMPIONS LEAGUE, RONALDO WILL NEVER OVERTAKE RAUL IN HIS CHAMPIONS LEAGUE GOALSCORING RECORD, RONALDO WILL NEVER HAVE AN ENTIRE CLUB LOVE HIM AND HONOR HIM AS MUCH AS RAUL. why arent you banned or dead yet?

He doesn't count the CL goals, because Ronaldo has never been able to win this cup and never will, so he pretends it doesn't exist. Please don't make him cry by saying it does. ;)

Will Ronaldo make it to triple figures again...

    ...on the scale?

    :)

If Ronaldo would have Raul's character, he would be the best CF of the world, and one of the best five players the fans have ever seen in the history of the sport.

Nobody can doubt that Ronaldo wasn't blessed with more talent than Raul, but Raul did more out of what he had, compared to Ronaldo who had more talent to work with, and could achieve a lot more.

Let's not turn this into a Raul v.s. Ronaldo debate.

The key factor is, this thread is CRAP and needs to be closed.

These questions are really pointless, because Raul never left Spain.

And Ronaldo was never captain because there were better leaders. If Spain never didn't have a better leader, I'm sorry for them (in terms of leadership, not talent or anything else).

    No, he was always overrated.

If Real finally smartens up they send him to the shelter of fallen stars, named Bolton

Somebody should have told Owen that....
They are both supportive strikers in the presence of Ronie......
Owen ain't got beef with Ronie......in fact even when he was at RM he hinted at being disappointed to not be the one partnering Ronie....

The guy ask me why i don't do something here, then turn round and say i mustn't do it here.
By the way I have already done it somewhere else but here ya go.....

    2004-2005
    Owen..........1868 minutes 13 goals........a goal every 144 minutes
    Raul............2570 minutes 9 goals.........a goal every 286 minutes
    Ronaldo.......2788 minutes 21 goals.......a goal every 133 minutes

Yep...dropping Ronie for Owen would have made a lot more sense:rolleyes:

Why his Ronie always held to higher standard:D
Ruud has scored 12 goals and no assist in 24 league games = a great year
Ronie scored 14 goals and 2 assist in 23 league games = needs to end his career

You'd be surprise how well Ronie has done in the CL compared to the other big guns.

    In Ronie’s time at RM.....

Games in the CL qualifying rounds included
    Raul .........20 goals.........42 games.
    Ruud .........32 goals........38 games.
    Sheva ........24 goals.......47 games.
    Henry .........23 goals.......46 games.
    Ronie .........17 goals........36 games.

In the CL latter stage: quarters/semis/etc etc
    Raul..........3 goals in 4 games......
    Ruud.........2 goals in 2 games.......
    Sheva.......7 goals in 15 games.......
    Henry.......1 goals in 6 games.......
    Ronie........5 goals in 6 games.......

    Hehehehehehehehhehe......you were saying :D :D

Come on Oscar take ya best shot.....lets see what ya got......come on
