    There is another, fairly significant facet to this discussion: good prospects want to play in good programs, not merely because the programs might enhance their chances of playing pro soccer, but because the college prospect would like to play in a winning environment. He, like the coach, wants to win. What is good for the prospect is also good for the coach and the University. Moreover, there is a clear synergy between good players, good coaches and good teams: the mutually improve each other.
