Could be C.J. Crooks from this roster from 2005:

GOALKEEPERS (3): Jon Harris (Arlington Heights, Ill.), Josh Lambo (Crystal Lake, Ill.), Chris Miller (Garland, Texas); DEFENDERS (9): Mykell Bates (Rosevill, Calif.), Brice Carr (Mequon, Wis.), Mizuki Hamada (Cupertino, Calif.), Christian Ibeagha (Edmond, Okla.), Ian Kalis (Plano, Texas), Brandon Lee (Tenafly, N.J.), John Raley (St. Inigoes, Md.), Matthey Uy (New Hyde Park, N.Y.), Daniel Wenzel (Federal Way, Wash.); MIDFIELDERS (8): Jared Jeffrey (Dallas, Texas), David MacVane (Middle Grove, N.Y.), Norberto Ochoa (Riverside, Calif.), Yannick Salmon (Westbury, N.Y.), Brandon Tarr (Knoxville, Tenn.), Kirk Urso (Lombard, Ill.), Abraham Villon (Garden Grove, Calif.), Brandon Zimmerman (Pasco, Wash.); FORWARDS (7): Gary Andrade (West Palm Beach, Fla.), Danny Barerra (Thousand Oaks, Calif.), Walter Hines (Brooklyn, N.Y.), Vincenzo Bernardo (Madison, N.J.), C.J. Crooks (West Orange, N.J.), Ellis McLaughlin (Seattle, Wash.), Sam Redmond (Arden, N.C.).

Lots of interesting names there. Though, as we know, citizenship isn't required for U15 involvement because the group has no FIFA competitions. And it's still possible he was born overseas, and further possible that he was both born overseas AND a citizen nonetheless.

It probably is CJ as I've seen his name as CJ Brooks other places and the FAU bio lists West Orange, NJ as his hometown.

http://www.shp.org/ftpimages/398/misc/misc_77530.pdf A picture of him at the bottom of a high school soccer camp. Made the all state team for the same high school his Senior year.

He was born in the UK but I guess its possible he could have citizenship....I guess its on standby tell we find out more.

He may have moved recently to Nantwich Town. They seem to be in the seventh or eighth division.

The pic is from his FAU bio:

    "...

    Position: F
High School:Named an ... all-state selection as a Sophomore, Junior, and Senior ...netted 63 goals and 32 assists...won state championship as a sophomore...as a senior Set[o]n Hall Prep posted a 24-1 record, won state and ranked No. 6 in the nation...
    Club Experience:...was starting forward for U 15 National Team...member of New Jersey State team for U13, U14, U15, U16...
Personal: Goal is to play professional soccer..."

Assist on 4/13: "Garforth Town 0 Salford City 2 ... Salford City finally got a long awaited victory at Garforth today, with goals from Nathan Taylor and Nathan McDonald.... A corner was played short to Calvin Crooks, whose cross was hit first time into the top right hand corner of the net by Nathan McDonald as he ghosted into the area. 2-0.":

Did not play in their game on 4/23, however:

Salford City is in the bottom half of the table in the vaunted Evo-Stik North League Division One North (8th tier), in the same league as Radcliffe Borough:

He's apparently scheduled to attend an upcoming SoccerVisa combine, so presumably he is without a club at present.
