I was wondering if anyone else received a "courtesy call" from a Freedom Account Manager last week or this week?? I did and when I called them back they said they wanted to ask me about my stadium experience from alst season. I got the impression that they were not even listening when I told them about how stupid the in game t-shirt launches and music over the loudspekers are and that they should do the autograph session afte the game ina way not to bother people trying to watch the end of the game. They did not seem interested at all until they asked me who I knew that might be interested in buying tickets for this season!!!! Now, if you are calling season ticket holders asking for contacts, be up front on the phone and say that is why you are asking. Do not ask me how I enjoy games and then after not listening to my complaints, ask me for people to call.
