thanks gcstorm9. and i never thought i would say this but, what are they doing saving SES for the CL. there is no way in hell we beat barca, the league should be our prime objective this season

I dont think we are saving him, its just that he runs ALOT during the game. He is wonderful because he tracks back as much as he does, BUT it hurts him because he does do a lot of running. While I think he might be our best attacking option, we do have viable guys in Robinho/Bojan who are very capable of adding to the team. Im sure they took him out just to rest and bring in fresh legs because he played 90mins week before, traveled and played with nat team for 70 mins, while Robinho/Bojan had fresher legs . That being said, you never know about Barca. Sure they are arguably the best team BUT you never know. This team has potential to make some surprises...
i knew this game was going to be tough as soon as montolivo picked up a yellow card last game. dont underestimate the negative effects of playing 3 defensive mids
