Here is some trivia.....name a statistic that the U.S out ranks Canada in, minus military size? Sometimes GDP per capita, but that goes back and forth.

    ANSWER: NOTHING!

But there are some places with good weather. A shame you have to live in that land of mentally challenged, fat douchebags to enjoy that weather.

That's like saying Sporting knows the champions league because they've been there twice.

We can usually beat them at home and then collapse away but where this game played at? Seville? The team wasn't too bad, we didn't create enough chances and Corona messed up.

True, but those 2 "away goals" are tough to over come. I don't see Chelsea collapsing.

You created a few chances you need to take them and not open your legs the other end

You guys were missing a couple of important players that you will have in the next game. If you can manage to finish your chances you can tie this up. They score twice only because of two dumb mistakes. This can very much happen.

When ever I have seen him in Europe he has been bad I’ve stopped watching our league long time now unless Maritimo is on

Should of had some of that 2019 Raptors winning mentality in there.

6 points is still a good lead.

Corona cagou today. He should have smashed that shot in the first half. Chelsea were tough defensively today. I just wish Corona's crosses were better today.

    Now on to the league.

,Porto really lacked ambition today Oliveira sitting to deep only one -two men in box when attacking until the end when they started to put more men in the box and got their goal to late

Porto did well. Their team isn’t good enough to play very attacking against a Chelsea squad that is much better than theirs. I think if they played more attacking they would get smashed

The goal Taremi scored for Porto against Chelsea took me back a couple of years before the WC2018 and a discussion I had then with @Nani_17, @The Special One et al about Ronaldo's bicycle kick goal against Juve in the CL at the time. I had mentioned I have seen Taremi take similar bicycle kick shots/goals and I thank him for illustrating my point :).

I didn't understand why all the pundits were saying Porto should have risked it from the start. Yeah, we could have gone all out attack but we would pay the price.
Our best hope was our crosses but it only worked once. Had Corona played better, I think we could have sneaked another goal.

I'm just glad Porto finally beat an English team "away". It's our first time winning in "England".

With all that being said, Porto stood toe to toe with Man City and Chelsea this season. I'm not one to claim moral victories but just saying we didn't get humiliated as most thought we would.

That goal was amazing. Taremi needs to control his emotions better. He's a red card risk in any high stakes game.

    I agree.

I think the difference between the two squads was evident in both games. It was a pretty even tie in terms of the football being played by the collective but Chelsea have the better players who finished their chances.

I agree 100 % but that being said, you were one striker away from being better than them. I was impressed with Porto's play. Well done.
