I think I read somewhere that he didn't have enough funds to even follow through with a law suit but I could be wrong. Doesn't make sense otherwise seeing as some of the paperwork he was told to sign was completed when he hadn't yet regained full consciousness... Talk about getting taken advantage of.

Now that people really know what's going on he will probably get some of his properties back in Paraguay, why can't he Sue the owners of the nightclub where the shooting happened?
