Real Madrid took Numancia 4-3 at home, so this will not be an easy game. Match: Numancia - Real Madrid Date: 31/01/2009 Time:22:00 Venue: Los Pajaritos
Re: C.D. Numancia vs Real Madrid, La Liga, 01.02 [R] Numancia gave sevilla and barca a tough time so this will not be an easy game.
Re: C.D. Numancia vs Real Madrid, La Liga, 01.02 [R] Another satisfactory 3 point no-frills performance from Juande's men. Robben will have 5 dazzling runs he will cut in and miss just wide of the post every time. Then he will flash that constipated grimace of his. I hope I'm wrong we need a 5-0 win like nobody's business.
Re: C.D. Numancia vs Real Madrid, La Liga, 01.02 [R] The thread title is wrong, its meant to be 31st not 01 02
Re: C.D. Numancia vs Real Madrid, La Liga, 01.02 [R] The meteorologists say that it is going to snow before and during the game. http://www.as.com/futbol/articulo/f...e-nevara-hora/dasftb/20090130dasdaiftb_40/Tes
Re: C.D. Numancia vs Real Madrid, La Liga, 01.02 [R] You are right. realmadrid.dk has the wrong date. Thread title changed.
Re: C.D. Numancia vs Real Madrid, La Liga, 01.02 [R] Players called up for the game: Casillas, Salgado, Pepe, Sergio Ramos, Cannavaro, Lass, Raúl, Gago, Saviola, Sneijder, Robben, Marcelo, Codina, Heinze, Huntelaar, Higuaín, Van der Vaart y Javi García. No Drenthe and Torres.
Re: C.D. Numancia vs Real Madrid, La Liga, 01.02 [R] No parejo again, sigh, maybe huntelaar may get a chance to start this game?
Re: C.D. Numancia vs Real Madrid, La Liga, 01.02 [R] Haha, Salgado apparently showed up in Steelers gear in the press conference yesterday, and he was secretly hoping that he wouldn't be called up so he could hop onto a plane and go to the Superbowl. That Torres no-call must have hurt. Drenthe's no-call is harder to understand. His problems come when he plays at home. With a small and likely frozen pitch in an away game, I have no clue why we're taking Saviola or VdV to Soria.
Re: C.D. Numancia vs Real Madrid, La Liga, 01.02 [R] IDK why Drenthe isn't called up, I don't think the Numancia fans are gonna whistle him. Anyway, I think we'll see a Mallorca-alike match, not much beauty in it but well deserved 3 points.
Looking at the changes in the called up squad from week to week, I think Juande is making it seem clear that he is calling up players based on effort put in practice.
Yup, i guess, like balague said, "he's just doing logical decisions". Which makes sense and we are doing well because of that. Let's hope this is our kickstart to flowing football.
Re: C.D. Numancia vs Real Madrid, La Liga, 01.02 [R] If anything, he'll earn applause when he drops the ball behind him. Related news: Numancia just got Raul Bravo for 6 months on loan.
Juande's interview http://www.goal.com/en/news/1705/re...uande-ramos-assures-real-madrid-are-motivated
It doesn't surprise me that Juande said that in his interview. Thanks to the doom and gloom of the media and the fact that the Executive branch just suffered a complete meltdown people tend to forget that we have won back-to-back La Liga titles. This team is nothing like the unbalanced squads we saw from 2004-2006. There is a lot of heart in this squad, we've just been unlucky with injuries and this coincided with Barca finding their form. There is still a lot of football to be played. We just have to keep on winning and soon winning football will turn into beautiful football (Capello's Last 12 games are a testament to that).
GolTV doesn't seem to be broadcasting this game live? The only time I see it is at 10PM Premiere - which I'm guessing is the re-run? Anyone can confirm this?
Nothing wrong with that. Watching a game without commentary can be a good thing. It allows you to watch it and form your own views on what is happening and who is standing out, without being influenced at all by whatever the commentators are saying. I'd be happy with anything to be honest, but alas I must make do with Livescore and updates in this thread, followed by highlights of the goals and post-match analysis .
I'm at university and the network here doesn't allow any form of p2p, which rules out everything pretty much . Trust me, if it exists, I have tried it. The only games I have managed to watch while I have been here is some of our CL games, which I had to pay for on the UEFA site. I assume they just do that via basic streaming which is ok.
