Laurent Blanc plays his last game for United today. Its true Blanc is not the player he once was, but he has contributed to this year’s success, playing 18 times.

There was a great interview in the Sunday Times, with Blanc. He is an intelligent footballer and is well respected at OT. Keano says "He taught me about the game". SAF said he’s been brilliant and we knew his strengths.

His experience, I understand has been invaluable to Rio, Wes, Mikael and O'Shea. Blanc is also credited for improving Wes calmness and Silvestres positioning.

Both he and United wished he had played at OT earlier in his career.

Thanks Laurent for everything you have done at OT. Enjoy your retirement, and if you fancy coaching please go to OT, I am sure you would do well.
