not sure which thread relevant but has this happen to anyone else? I sold some MV III italy gold used to VaporShockOrange. I shipped it to the correct address, (I even have the message him saying so) and had a tracking number and all. The tracking number says it's delivered and i called the post office and it says it has been delivered. He said it hasn't. I asked for signature on the package aswell (Always do) and it's signed by a GARY. It could be the delivery man, or he could have just written gary :\. So instead of opening up a dispute with paypal he came up with this lovely message for me. Is he just trying to scare me into getting his money back? To be honest, I'm not taking that seriously because if he really didn't get it, he would have taken it up with paypal, right?
IC3 doesn't/won't do anything. And seems like he's trying to get the boots and the money. What ever you do don't refund him anything. If he takes it up with paypal he will lose because it was signed for and confirmed delivered.
