If Kompany doesn't perform to expectations of Bayern management, Bayern management will certainly panic and turf him out. BVB will have lower expectations so Sahin will probably last longer.

 

Edin Tezic is a good coach and I am not sure why he can’t continue his coaching at Dortmund. But the fact that Dortmund chose to buy another forward rather than strengthen their LB and DMC. I am afraid Nuri Sahin also isn’t ready for coaching.

The problem was Terzic played a defensive/passive style against pretty much any good opponent, inc v Leverkusen and Stuttgart where the team played like underdogs. This approach attracted criticism from outside and inside the club, in particular from senior players like Hummels and Reus. Things improved somewhat from a tactical perspective in the ruckrunde after Sahin arrived plus the more cautious approach suited being underdogs in the CL run however on balance the style of play, 5th place finish and reported poor relationship with several players means the jury is out on whether Terzic is a good coach or not, imo.

 

yeah the pathetic Bayern strikes, was always clear that they were gonna go on a crazy spending binge this Summer.

always cringe how this club has sooooo much money to spend but always cheapskates when it comes to them wanting German players and always try to bleed dry any 1BL club that wants their young players that they have no real planning for.

Bayern is a club that doesn't want any of their players to play 1BL which is why they prefer to sell them outside of Germany.

-damn De Ligt gets beaten in 1v1 and draws yellow. And goes out looks like might have hurt himself.

funny to say but De Ligt looking like a II player getting 1st chances instead of seasoned pro.

-all that money spent and Bayern is mostly meh. I've never been sold on De Ligt but most online make him out to be world class......he isn't for now if ever.

-Bayern's D is atrocious tbh. Outside of Davies, I'm not impressed by Upa nor de Ligt tbh. Upa just overrated Frenchie and de Ligt always talked about as if he's world class.......he isn't. Pavard has always been bang average too.

-Gravenberch (constantly bitching and wants out), Blind (mediocre pointless player and now OUT), de Ligt (not really impressed, he's not a bad player but fail to see the WOW).

-as for de Ligt, called it from day 1 he's meh but some here tried to defend him....yeah not gonna slide.

-de Ligt=$67M=LOL, he's overrated player. Not bad but not world class like people want to pretend he is.

-This one was someone defending him from me trashing him, LOL.

All I said about de Ligt was that he was nothing WOW, that's it and he wasn't. Made bunch of blunders, looked mediocre in a lot of matches, got embarrassed too. Being best Defender in a FLOP season is nothing to brag about. Not that I care since this is one of worst Bayern seasons ever and they had 0 Germans in D, LMAO.

 

Lucas Hernandez and DeLigt - more than 150 millions spent

 

LOL Bayern also paid $60M for Kim.......

 

He was our best defender last season and we really missed him when he wasn't playing. Kim had some disastrous performances especially in the semi final against Real. Upa was horrible too.

I honestly have no idea what they are trying to do......we look like we have no plans and just trying to dump salaries.

 

Best defender isn't hard given the others were Upamecano who is always making brain farts in big matches, Kim who has struggled to adapt and Dier.

De Ligt is miles off prime Hummels or Boateng for example.

Bayern look very vulnerable defensively this season, I don't see Ito as an upgrade, the returning Stanisic is solid but not elite and it seems there might not be any other defensive additions despite De Ligt + Mazraoui leaving.

 

Bayern being a circus is good in my eyes

 

Are there many defenders in Europe at the moment that are better than prime Hummels?

I really, really hope iam wrong but this has a coach firing before the Christmas break written all over it.

Until we fix the back office Bayern will continue this current cycle of chaos we are in. You dont realize how good Uli and Kalle were in their era until you are run by clowns.

if a foreign player has to win 1BL Top scorer this season, I wouldn't mind if it was him. He's been in 1BL since 2016, almost 10 years, tons of interest from EPL clubs but never left either.

he has tons of records at Hoffenheim and 1BL including being Hoff's all time scorer.
