So Meunier arrives at Dortmund while Hakimi is headed for Inter Milan..... at Frankfurt, de Guzman, Russ (retiring) and Fernandes are all done. Only matter of time until Hasabe and Abraham also retire. seems like reports that Leipzig will buy Rashica from Bremen. Last reports stated that as much as 16 Bremen players could jump ship if relegation happens, damn.
this is what I was going to say, LOL. But they can pay for Jude Bellingham ???— Arun (@ManUtdSZN) June 26, 2020
Dortmund is such a joke getting trashed 4-0 by a Kramaric (good CF) 4 goal destruction. Morey, Balerdi, Reyna, Haaland all in XI too. Sancho/Hakimi come on in 2nd half and they concede 2 when they are on. young blood getting destroyed.
CL Bayern, Dortmund, Leipzig, Gladbach EL Bayer Leverkusen, Hoffenheim, Wolfsburg (ELQ) Relegation Bremen (playoff), Fortuna, Paderborn
Technically Leverkusen, Wolfsburg( v unlikely) or Frankfurt (no chance) could still qualify for CL by winning EL. Pleased for Gladbach, deserve CL they are a well run club. Relegation could be Bremen v Hamburg.,..
Attractive football played by Gladbach throughout the season...they are a nice team to watch and have nice core German players...it’s a matter er time before Neuhaus gets called up for the NT
4 - Andrej #Kramaric is the first ever @achtzehn99_en player to score 4 goals in a #Bundesliga game and the first player ever to score 4 goals as a visitor in a BL game in Dortmund. Sniper. #BVBTSG pic.twitter.com/O8T80lntID— OptaFranz (@OptaFranz) June 27, 2020
tons of criticism towards Dortmund today having such shitty attitude/mentality. and a good remainder that bunch of kids won't win you anything.
Since the lockdown was lifted for soccer matches, but without fans in the stands the number of home matches lost in the BuLi has never been so high. Simply playing without the fear for a stadium makes matches de facto exhibition games.
I think it's only good for kids that are making pro debuts not to have to play in front of thousands and thousands of people. but otherwise you are right, it's not the same, less pressure to perform when they don't get trashed by their fans to their faces for playing terribly.
I can't imagine how Schalke fans must feel seeing their club get trashed left and right every game. YIKES.
Promotion to 1BL Arminia Bielefeld, Stuttgart Relegation Playoff Bremen vs Heidenheim I give Bremen the edge after they trashed Koln and they also trashed Heidenheim in DFB Cup as well.
Heidenheim got thrashed 3-0 at Bielefeld, who were already Champions, opening the door for Hamburg who with that result only needed a draw at home v midtable Sandhausen. But instead HSV got destroyed 5-1, what a bunch of bottlers both teams are lol. Werder should be pretty confident of beating Heidenheim tbh.
I think both HSV and Heidenheim even with promotion would likely to be candidates to get relegated anyways. They aren't great teams and struggled massively vs Bremen in Cup too and that's a bottom team.
Borussia #Dortmund announced that they expect a loss of €45m this season [kicker]— German Football Daily (@GERFootDaily) June 29, 2020
so let me get this straight. Diallo flops at Dortmund gets picked up by PSG (where he's struggling) and now Zagadou who's struggling at Dortmund and Citeh are considering him..... Dan-Axel #Zagadou is under consideration at Manchester City to strengthen the center-back position. #BVB https://t.co/4ueC2IrU2y— Laurin (@Zagadieu) June 29, 2020
Zagadou > Diallo tbf. He has matured somewhat this season, done ok in a back 3. Got injured whilst probably in the best form he's been in at Dortmund. Still makes errors though, there are several better CB prospects in the BL imo.
I agree never liked Diallo, does well for 1 season at Mainz and then moves to Dortmund and ditches Mainz. He also got destroyed by Oztunali when he played vs dfb U21 in a friendly, lol. I'm biased with my Swiss brothers, so pro-Akanji>>>>Zagadou>>>>>>>Diallo
There will be another one day period on July 1st in order to register players whose contracts have already been concluded. The players in question, however, won't be allowed to play for their new clubs until the start of next season.— Bayern & Germany (@iMiaSanMia) June 29, 2020
Augsburg spent $7.5M on Koubek from Ligue 1, massive flop in his 1st season. So they poached Union's #1, Gikiewicz on FREE transfer. amazing scouting, lol. And Koubek was like huge transfer for small Augsburg.
As a direct response to the global financial crisis as well as their own personal club crisis, #S04 have taken the unprecedented step of agreeing a salary cap on all new contracts, the first of its kind in the top flight of German football— Sam Scott (@sscott39) June 29, 2020
Wtf with those targets lol. None would have improved the team. Hasan Salihamidžić vetoed the names of Ante Rebić, Luka Jović, Kevin Vogt and Thorgan Hazard who were transfer topics for Bayern last year. Salihamidžić also prevailed in the internal dispute (Werner or Sané) both last summer and again recently this year [Kicker]— Bayern & Germany (@iMiaSanMia) June 29, 2020
