Now Grawe scores 3-2 Frankfurt. Union Berlin looked like they’ve been gassed out since midway of the first half
Bad that Popp will likely have to play Regionalliga next season as Köln II leads 4:2 at HT against Leverkusen II (this game was the most likely for Köln II to lose points of the remaining 3 matches).

here are the top ten richest German female soccer players based on how much money they've made on their careers. Though an predictable list, #1 might be an surprise in that we almost forgotten about her
Congratulations to Larissa Mühlhaus for ending the season as the leagues top scorer. 17 goals... 10 coming from penalties..., Mühlhaus also accomplish this as a AM who somehow took 91 shots compared Harder and Popp's 73... If we look at who scored the most goals this season excluding penalties, Popp and Cerci are joint #1 with 14 goals, followed by Harder and Anyomi with 13. Mühlhaus also ending the season with the most shots on target, also telling me how inefficient she is right now, but hinting at Mühlhaus having an incredibly high potential to be an elite attacker one day. Unfortunately Bühl's end of season injury stopped all her momentum, to prevent her getting close to touching Graham Hansen's single season assist record of 27. In the End Bühl would end the league season with 14/15 assists (depending where you look)... and a significant margin ahead of eveyone when it comes to chances created. Oh... and I hope people realise if Popp doesn't get injured, she likely ends her final season in 1.Bundesliga as it's top scorer? Highlighting how crazy it is thinking she about to lead BVB's attack in the nations regional league lol... Popp at 35 is still one of Europe's elite forwards... but is set to end her career participating within regional level league football, wow.
Based on player ratings during league play, here's my best domestic team... ATTACK: ------------------ Anyomi/Cerci --------------------- Bühl/Bender ------------------- Baum/Dallmann MID-FIELD: Piljic/Nüsken --------- Mühlhaus/Wrede ---------------- Deihm/Gräwe --------------- DEFENSE: Kett/Lührßen ---------------------------- Wamser/Gonzalez --- Küver/Landenberger ----- Ostemeier/Minge ---- GK: --------------- Mahmutovic/Dick -------------------
Based on player ratings during league play, here's my best foriegn wnt playing selection... ATTACK: ---------------- Harder/Jessen --------------- Memeti/Bussy ----------------- Kolb/Blomqvist MID-FIELD: Reuteler/Peddamors - Ampoorter/Tanikawa ----------------- Kielland/Stanway ------------------- DEFENSE: Levels/Rankin ------------------------ Janssens/Reisen ------ Doorn/Eriksson ------- Basllisager/GVP ----- GK: ----------- El Sharif/Fuchs -----------
Overall player of the season will be given to Harder. But I'm convinced Bühl was the leagues best player when you look at her overall impact. Young player of the season should go to Wrede, but with both Kett and Tanikawa's effectiveness in a title winning Bayern, or Mühlhaus goal scoring accomplishments, it would likely see Wrede's season ignored. Golden Gloves going to Mahmutovic with 11 games without conceding a goal. I think seeing Hoffenheim's Dick in 2nd place with with 9 is interesting... Break out season award could be given to Nürnberg's Nastassja Lein for her 11 goals 6 assists. However... I think Papai, and Birkholz, were two lower ranking names that managed to feature prominently enough, to have me believe they're about to really establish themselves next season...
I accidentally put Nüsken in my domestic team of the season, when it was meant to be Senß... MID-FIELD: Piljic/Senß --------- Mühlhaus/Wrede ---------------- Deihm/Gräwe ---------------

According to SPORT BILD, scorer of the wining goal in the u17 Euro final Marie Kleemann, is close to completing a move to RB Leipzig Women. Exactly like I speculated... Frankfurt are about to lose another impressive junior wnt talent to a domestic rival... wow...
I would actually rate Selina Cerci as MVP of this season, unlike Harder, Cerci didn’t have the backing or service of some of the world’s top all-stars play, which Hatder had at Bayern. Selina actually had some nice assists as well in her previous game. I’m going to agree though that she might have a tough time cracking the starting lineup at Arsenal though(just like for thr NT), she looks like an player that justt on her own instead of being surrounded by an all-star cast. There’s no doubt she’ll be turned into an winger at Arsenal & her goal scoring prowess will suffer. Let’s hope there’s an outside chance she’ll still go to Union Berlin(if the Arsenal deal falls through) the first 30 minutes of the Frankfurt/Union Berlin match was one of the most exciting games I’ve ever seen in woso, played at almost breathless or may I say, reckless pace, but very entertaining. But it was Union players that ended up gassed out by the first half already & never got their 2nd wind. Still hope this is the future of the Frauen Bundesliga(to play at such an fast pace) UB has some attractive hotties; I think I’ve mentioned Steinert & Campbell but really impressed with Tysiak(might need to watch some Belgium NT soccer as well, lol) as for Frankfurt, Freigang proved she can be the exciting, goal scoring machine if you take away the departing Anyomi. I guess I was expecting more from Memeti—-she’s got that habit of veering into the center instead of staying a winger, but hopefully finds the wider spaces when Reuteller & Senss leave
