I'm also going to keep repeating this until more news on her contract revealed... but Wrede has to be playing for a stronger team next season...:cautious:

Too good to be playing for a team outside the UWCL, but for many coaches likely considered too young to be given the opportunity to start regularly for a UWCL level team.

My one concern with Wrede is her potentially leaving HSV on a free transfer, only to end up being another role player who can't find match time in her proffered position...

Seeing what Wrede can do at 17 as a CM, having knowledge of what Oberdorf, or someone like Brand looked like at the same age... I don't see how she's won't be a senior international before age 20.

Playing for a newly promoted HSV, and a horribly run u17/19 wnts, currently the only reasons most people don't know about Wrede.

But the moment she gets the opportunity to play for a stronger club team, or finally moves up to the u23/senior level, I think it's going to become very clear how Wrede an elite prospect...:coffee:

I tried looking for this game on the one free channel I got back home, but they’re showing a men’s match instead. Is it common to play both men & women’s Champions League matches at the same time?

No and UEFA should avoid it but it's difficult when you need at least 17 matches to win Men's Champions League and 13 matches to win Women's Champions League.

    1:0 Real Madrid:(

Lerch didn't learn a damn thing so far this season...

Wolfsburg closer to going 2-0 down, than they are finding a equalizer lol.

And there it is... line for line, this was so damn obvious

Lerch isn't very good... but repeating the same trick twice in the same season, is a genuinely impressive feat of bad coaching..

Soooo... Wolfsburg only needing 3 points to finish in the top 4 and avoid needing a playoff round, are set to lose this, and face Chelsea for the final group stage match.

    What a way to collapse...:(

When you need a goal, the best thing to do is bring on Zicai, because it's Endemann who's still unproven at this level...:ROFLMAO:

Kielland and Lattwein are still the best double 6 paring for this team too; with there being no clear reason for Minge to suddenly be the captain and most irreplaceable memeber of the starting 11...

But damn... what the hell does Endemann have to do before this club values her goal threat...?

Wolfsburg are useless... they have no idea how to play against 10 players...:speechless:

Oh... I see... Lerch doesn't think Endemann knows how to play on the left side of the attack...:thumbsdown:

This dummy thinks he can only use Endemann on the right, which means dropping Huth...:ROFLMAO:

Real Madrid aren't even an impressive side... with it only being easier for them to play the 2nd half with 10 players, than it was with them going 11 vs 11.

Well done Wolfsburg... they managed to find a way to be the dominant side Vs Madrid, and still comfortably lose with minimal effort needed from 45 min 10 woman Real Madrid...

So... now they have to find a way to beat a much strong Chelsea, and hope results can go their way.

LOL... well, few expected much from Wolfsburg anyway. So I guess this is still better than what many felt it would look like at this stage of the UWCL's group stage.

Oh... and Endemann not seeing a single minute of this game, wow....:speechless:

Her debut season with limited minutes, we saw Endemann end with 15 goals, only 2nd place to Pajors 20.

Second season with even less playing time, we see Endemann finish 3rd place on 8 goals , while Popp and Beerensteyn end with 14 and 19 goals for the season.

This season, with even less time in the team, Endemann currently the clubs most effective winger/wide forward, with 6 goals and 4 asissts...:speechless:

Meaning... she is above Bussy, above Zicai, above Huth...o_O. Yet somehow Endemann is still viewed beneath everyone at her club lol.

This to the frustrating effect now, of Endemann not even being above Wolfsburg's worst winger (Zicai) when it comes to wnt selection...

Peddamors again wasted in the double 6 role Vs Real... it's been obvious all season how she shines in a more advanced central offensive role.

Popp also litrally never has a good game in the CAM role when Beerensteyn in the team as the #9 lol.

Kleinherne should be back after the winter break, Kielland and Lattwein still looking better than Minge in mid-field too.

Wolfsburg's first 11 is still too unbalanced right now... even if it's overperformed many peoples early season expectations.

Reading more about the break away league, as suspected the DFB's planned €100 million investment over 8 years doesn't come close to the clubs own projections of €300-700 being needed over the same 8 year period.

The clubs correctly feeling all power over German women's football should really be in their control, while the DFB still believing it should be the exact opposite.

Not only do the clubs sound like their tired of listening to empty promises from the DFB, but also better understand the necessary money and infrastructure to compete with European rivals 100% resides with them now.

Issues of big money being the most obvious hurdle to cross between the desires of clubs and the DFB, whatever the DFB failed to deliver a few years ago has the clubs wanting to start their new competition structure as soon as 2026/27...:speechless:

Clubs no longer wanting to consider any type of future partnership/joint venture with the DFB, this really does feel like German women/girls on the verge of entering a new era of professionalism...:cautious:

The quality of marketing something that continues to be at the forefront of every topic dealing with the 1.Bundesliga... I also wonder if this new league will see the frustrating iron curtain of TV/Streaming visibility removed, so people outside of Germany can more easily access games...?

Honestly... Given the issues surrounding the DFB running the wnt program, I can't understand why they continue to pretend knowing how to progress both 1/2.Bundesliga's.

Various big clubs currently prefering not to compete if it means playing in 2.Bundesliga lol. A reminder of how poor conditions have become.

Looking at some of the quality of players in the lowest ranked clubs of 1.Bundesliga, and the international level talent willing to play for a VfB Stuttgart in 2.Bundesliga... I think some clubs are already prepared for where this all headed..:whistling:

I just wonder what happens when clubs like BVB abondon their all-natural approach, and are announced as a founder member with players like Popp rushing to join them...:coffee:

this moves Bremen into third place & Muhlhaus as top scorer in the league, though to be fair,, 7of the 9 goals been PK. Watching the highlights of this game, I still feel Bender might have it over Muhlhaus in making the NT—-I could see her make an perfect companion to Brand as both could switch between playing AM & right wing.
Muhlhaus might get a crack at the NT, but she’s a bit slower, I think it be harder to adjust to playing the speed that top ten NT’s play with.

Frankfurt stunningly fallen to 7th place. Wonder if their even in the Europa Cup anymore?
