Her season starting the last 3 games now, she's someone I've never seen in the junior wnt's, but tall and quick, she looks like someone who could develop into a strong CB...

3-0 Wolfsburg, Zicai FINALLY showcases end product, comfortably beating Szenk 1v1, before finishing with a nice far post shot.

Plus even though her team is losing 3-0, I've been really impressed with their 17yo CB Mass.

I've never really noticed Mass before... but she has in fact been selected for the junior wnt's. And I think she could be a senior level defensive prospect one dsy...

 

Freiburg might have scored the best goal of the game lol.

3-1, great pass, see's Nachtigall show impressive first touch to finishing with a left foot strike into the bottom corner.

I was reading something that Kathryn Hendrich been working out with Koln, so the speculation is that she’ll joining that club. If so, she’ll be partnered at CB again with her former NT team mate, Hegering. Should be quite an combo,

 

Things have livened up with both Hamburg & Lev trading goals within a few minutes of each other. Still trying to figure out what’s so great about Wrede who Batfink keeps hyping so much about.

 

Dunst made her debut with Bayern, and scored...; i didn't even know she'd be able to play this season lol.

Köln managed to lose at home Vs 2.Bundesliga Sand..., in the process conceding 3 GOALS vs the 2nd divisions top team lol.

Last seasons finalists Werder Bremen managed to squeeze past Leipzig, with HSV as last seasons semi finalists managing to best a stronger Leverkusen team on PK's too.

It's also funny seeing Hoffenheim Vs Frankfurt as the battle between the two highest ranked teams, somehow split 10 goals between them lol.

 

Two fantastic goals scored by Wirtz agianst Leipzig, and Mickenhagen against Hamburg.

Looking at some of Baum's general play, it's also clear she's steadily developing improved execution of passing, and showcasing more dynamic 1v1 dribbling inside the opponents half of the field...

In the WSL Nüsken again an unused substitute, Alber not deemed good enough to even make the 1st team match day squad...

Alber a major talent who missed a whole season due to an ALC tear, and will now likely lose another season to her being a leftover from Chelsea's prior internal club politics.

I'd like to believe Chelsea will understand the clear disinterest Bompastor has in another coaches signing, and just allow Alber to go on a full season long loan.

Alber only joining Chelsea because she was once viewed as one of the best young prospects in Europe; and is now deemed a mere training cone at Chelsea, watching Alara, Kett, Zicai, and Martinez, all get senior wnt recognition ahead of her...

It would be CRAZY if Baum simply playing regular football with Leipzig, was the next player from Alber's generation to be elevated to the senior wnt lol.

 

In football language, this means the club are about to sell/release some more of it's best players....

After Memeti, Linder, and Alber, would leave last season, maybe he heard about the club willing to let his best core of Cerci, Janssens, Kössler, Diehm, all join new clubs very soon...?

I couldn't really understand why no clubs had made offers for Cerci last season...; with news concerning Anyomi's future hinting at clubs potentially looking at recruiting Germany's best strikers.

So I can imagine the frustrations for any coach hoping to compete with Hoffenheim next season, if it comes with the club allowing even more of its best talent to leave.

 

Popp's age, and Beerensteyn's intention to leave Wolfsburg... they'll be a club 100% seeking to sign at least one wnt level striker.

Schüller also having increasingly frustrating seasons with Bayern, I wouldn't be shocked to hear about her announcing intentions to leave at the end of the season too...

Cerci, Anyomi... and potentially Kössler, could all be on the list of potential replacements for Frankfurt, Wolfsburg, and Bayern.

Plus Janssens as a very impressive RB could also end up moving to a club like Wolfsburg, or more likely a random WSL team.

Endemann and Kleinherne both on the bench for Wolfsburg...

However... still waiting for Lerch to recognize the need for 3 CM in European competition...

They'd have so much more balance if they just used Beerensteyn out wide, and look to gain more control in mid-field.
