Lerch in desperation mode now, changes his system to a back 3.

Wedemeyer's how not to defend manual see her make another late entry to recieve a red card...

Last defender with Shüller running away from the goal... Wedemeyer's big brain says pull her jersey... do it

And after a free kick, Clara finally puts Wolfsburg out of their misery with a nice solo effort.

Lerch has demonstrated another disaster class :ROFLMAO:. This is what I thought would happen in the UWCL Vs PSG, but I guess he saved his best for Bayern

Bayern weren't even forced to play well today... this was a very straight forward contest, where Wolfsburg's goal would come from pure luck.

    FT 1-3 Bayern.

Wolfsburg haven't got a coach any better than Stroot... but damn, Lerch really was inventing new ways to fail on the fly today :giggle:

Simple win for Bayern... they didn't even need to force themselves to play at a higher level too.

The days of Wolfsburg Vs Bayern providing quick high quality contests might be gone for a little longer, but the least Lerch could have done is set his team up to make Bayern work for their victory..

No wonder Blissett hasn’t mentioned yet that both an Italian & Japanese scored(it’s been reported at a few places as Caruso own goal)

Really...; I was just scanning through the game, and I didn't even realise this had accrued..

I still don't think she's ever been a senior international level player, but at age 27, having been given such a ridiculous opportunity to start as Germany's #1 striker, it's crazy to think it's now that fate would prevent her from proving her potential worth.

Frankfurt and Hoffenheim are really inventing new ways to look bad... Yeah... Hoffenheim facing a tougher opponent than Frankfurt today, I still think it's ridiculous watching both these teams continue to throw away points because their forwards can't or don't know how to convert clear chances...

Starting with Frankfurt.... how can their coach continue to focus his attack around Freigang placed in the false #9 role, when she's never proven herself a creative hub, while she currently finds herself routinely outshined by every other opponents rival AM's?

I'm also just tired of watching Frankfurt play, as their system clearly doesn't benefit the overall collective, and remains extremely flawed Vs any opponent with a remotely effective level of offensive width.

Losing Dunst, Doorsoun, Aehling, Wamser, Prasnikar, Kleinherne, Schneider, Johannes, sounding really bad on paper, really shouldn't have effected Frankurt enough to be this bad...:cautious:

Adjust the damn system, and they still have this....
    ------- Blomqvist/Memeti ------------ Anyomi ------------------ Chiba/Raso --------
    ------------------ Senß/Teulings -------------------------- Reuteler/Freigang---------------
    ---------------------------------------- Gräwe/I.Açıkgöz -----------------------------
    Lührßen/D.Açıkgöz ------ Veit/Østenstad -------- Ilestedt ------ Wolter/Riesen
    --------------------------------------------- Altenburg -----------------------------------------
The key downgrades here apparently being the GK, and the two CB's, Memeti is factually a stronger offensive talent than Dunst over recent years, with Prasnikar only being 15+ goal 15+ assists attacker twice too.

To me, when you have Chiba, Blomqvist, Raso, Memeti, replace Dunst and Prasnikar, it suggests Frankfurt's coach really isn't the the best from his players, with his side potentially regressing enough this season to end outside the top 3 if serious improvements aren't made soon.

And then Hoffenheim... every game for this team basically a 90% random luck based scenario, where everything comes down to how effective will their Cerci - Kössler duo be...

Today Cerci deciding she was going to repeat her trick of wasting clear looks at goal, but this time have Kössler join in once again not wanting to be efficient with what should be considered good chances.

Most Hoffenheim games will always see Cerci and Kössler creating fantastic chances, because the team is set up to have these two players the focus of what they do. But unlike their time together at Postdam, at Hoffenhiem, neither of these forwards seems to understand how to showcase consistency in their general play anymore.

Losing to a good Leverkusen team nothing to be ashamed about... but losing a close game to a Leverkusen missing their main forward Kramer, after already losing to a inferior Bremen, this timee because Bender would showcase her clutch gene again, while Fudalla randomly steps up and scores one of the goals of the season lol.

Where's the fight..? Of the current top 7 clubs, I don't see Freiburg maintaining a top 4 position. But with Ostermeier coming back making them defensively stronger, with Kramer potentially returning to a team which can call on someone like Bender from the bench... Leverksusen might actually be a credible joker team for a 3rd place finish this season...:cautious:

My agenda of Lotta Wrede being a ready to go senior wnt player continues... as the more I see, the more obvious it is to me that she's probably already a senior international level CM, just missing the junior tournament experience to validate the potential...:coffee:

Hamburg not having a great day with the officiating would see themselves lose to a Bremen side they probably felt an opponent they could actually beat. But even in defeat, yet again Wrede would showcase qualities far above your average CM.

Hamburg deploying Wrede as a AM within a 3-5-2, you would think she'd also spend most of her time defending within a low block. But no... even at potential risk of conceding goals, Hamburg's coach asks his wing backs to remain aggressively high, while deploying a DM Stoldt into his back three...

So for a newly promoted side filled with various youth talents, and names who've bounced around numerous lower level clubs, tactically this is a surprisingly impressive team to watch; as it demands a lot athleticism and brain power from players you'd typically need to be elite just to have everything work effectively.

This system allows us to see Eggert as a dynamic wingback, who probably has a move to a stronger team and senior wnt opportunities in her future too. But early season, this system shockingly showcases Wrede looking like a mixture of rare qualities the very best teams all want from a CM/AM.

Nüsken had to know she wasn't part of her new coaches plans, and has to remain content to stay firmly attached to the Chelsea bench for another 90 mins. But damn... seeing Alber consistently left out of Chelsea's match day roster is nasty work...

Deciding to leave the Frauen Bundesliga so soon after her ALC tear, where she hadn't even regained a regular place within Hoffenheim's starting 11... probably not smart. But what the hell were Chelsea really doing during her recovery season within Hoffenheim, if she's was never in the plans of the new coach?

The stronger clubs wanting to stockpile talent to prevent others from having access to the games best players is always frustrating. But having Alber forced to miss an entire year of development, so Bompastor can have an extra human size training cone...

Bompastor clearly does not care about the last coaches desires.... and now Alber is set to waste the next 4 years being paid to go on season long loan deals, when the obvious answer here was to let her stay in Germany for another year of assessment.
