They'll be OK. Veteran defensive corps of 3 plus years has been pretty difficult to score on. Their problems have been lack of scoring against quality teams (they can create chances), as well as injuries. The move to load up the squad with offensive role players from the Sockers national championship team (recruits and transfers) hasn't produced many dividends as of yet. They picked up a Peruvian U20 forward who should help right off. A number of the teams in the league will offer them better competition than in years past, especially UIC and Loyola.
