In light of DCU's SSS issues I thought this may interest people around DC. Friday Nov.2nd 10:00 episode of Build It Bigger on the Science channel will feature the Nationals new stadium being built. I thought I saw the hydraulic pitchers mound at RFK in the preview clip.

    Nuke if you wish.

I saw that too. It was actually on Discovery HD on Friday. It was really cool, especially when they put in the giant glass windows and the steel supports for the scoreboard.

I can't wait to check out a few Nats games there next summer.

What's nice is the voice over intro, which goes somewhere on the lines of:

Ya, I saw this two weeks ago, it was cool... they actually demonstrated how the stands roll around at RFK, in addition to the Nats stadium construction stuff.
