I really want to see buddle paired up top with Cunningham. Those two are extremely dangerous together and are the future of the team. He seems to get lost on the wing only to be sometimes found again when we have possesion around their box.

    Barring injury...

Would love to see "Kind" Buddle and Donovan uptop for the Nats in 2006.

Yep...and McBride has a role...but he seems to play a lot of mid. Why not just put Buddle up there?

Garcia and Cunningham or Buddle and Cunningham.....I notice FREDDY runs his ass off and does well in the midfield. He seems to get a lot of touches on the ball but is left with nothing to do? GUYS HELP HIM OUT! He's a great player and I am glad we picked him up. ahhhh whetever:D GO CREW.....i need another beer. SEE YOU ALL AT THE GAME!

Edson was named after Pele, whose real name was, in fact, Edson.

Yeah, he's been quite impressive. Got another assist tonight. Our next Olympic team is going to be strong. :)

Yes...but he was dying. For the entire second half. he wasn't getting back or up until theat chance. He put his hand up to be subbed off before the goal. he was dead.

The thing is...he is great. He is not in shape. Cunningham cna run that much for 90...but Buddle is a lot younger...and he barely ran tonight.

This game was Jeff, McBride...and a lot of team help form Garcia and Oughten. Buddle hates wing....and I wouldn't mind seeing him up top and move Jeff to wide.

With Budweiser being a major sponsor of MLS, I wouldn't mind seeing some "This Bud's for You Buddle!" signs or something similar.

I would love to see McBride on the right wing. The guy has proven he can cross in both matches against SJ. I wonder if McBride's ego can handle being put on the wing.

i think it can be summed up as "buddle is a bad ass".

hes the best player on the pitch.

on the ball, he is top man, for sure.

Please correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't Fitzgerald put Cunningham out wide with awful offensive results? And wasn't it Andrulis who moved Cunningham up top? For some reason I remember Cunningham playing out wide with Brian West running up top during that time.
