I told you guys Lozano wasn’t the answer Why the FMF thought it was a good idea to hire someone whose only achievement was a bronze medal still perplexes me to this day.
Yeah, no decent coach wants to come to the shit show of "yunta de dueños". Sven showed the world don't take the money
He should’ve never been hired in the first place. Certain BSMX posters (you know who you are) roasted me for saying it. Replacing him now is a matter of rectifying a decision that should never have been made in the first place.
Media in Brazil is hinting at Scolari 🚨 Según reportes en Brasil 🇧🇷, Luiz Felipe Scolari se convertirá en director técnico de la Selección Mexicana 🇲🇽 en sustitución de Jaime Lozano.¿Será? 🧐🧐 pic.twitter.com/KWAsFCmQmC— Luis Omar Tapia (@LuisOmarTapia) March 31, 2024
I said it from the beginning that he was a bad idea. Near as I could tell the only reason he got the job was because he had coached a bunch of the young players who will make up the future of the team. It is what it is he's the coach now and we have to support him but, he needs to fix his shit fast if he wants to stay. Can't afford to be cute with his decisions or he's going to get thrown out the door in typical Mexican fashion.
If you’re a fan that’s upset about Mexico’s results, don’t fight at stadiums, don’t do the chant. You need to not buy these tickets. Hit FMF where it hurts; their wallet. It’s the only way things will ever change. https://t.co/iwWLQnb8qx— omar (@odv7) March 25, 2024
This is why the NT won’t get better anytime soon 🎟️🏟️ More than 50k tickets have been already sold in less than a week for the Mexico 🇲🇽 vs Brazil 🇧🇷 match. Due to Kyle Field’s capacity (102,700), the Mexican National Team aims to break the record for the highest-ever attended Mexico match in the US! 🤯 pic.twitter.com/WjpJXo6POU— All Fútbol MX 🇲🇽 (@AllFutbolMX) April 12, 2024
Nio it's not. It doesn't mean jackshit. Argentina is playing friendlies against Indonesia and El Salvador and yet they are who they are. It's the day in and out and the fact that we had Malagon make two saves and the people in Televisa like Andres Vaca criticizing Ochoa and saying "players that are in Europe but don't play shouldn't play over guys in Liga MX that do" not two weeks after the not playing in Dortmund or Nottingham Gio Reyna, schooled all the Liga Mxers and the Erick "quema la liga y le queda chica" Sanchez or how the Alejandro "I can't believe we didn't cap the guy whose burning Liga MX" Zendejas are nowhere near him.
You might expect exceptional attendance outcomes to follow an exceptional on field product I don't think that is too wild of a concept
Then in Mexico fans should put pressure on teams to sell to Europe and not attend either. We have a major problem in Mexico that a higher percentage it's club over country, when it should be other way around... Country over club any day and every day
It’s not as though Brazil plays in central Texas every year. I would expect that to sell out even if Mexico were on a 10 game losing streak
People complain all the time about playing moleros and shitty teams and now we have Brazil and they want to boycott. For what? The main problem is the players and how Liga MX keeps exporting and people don't get it. That dolt reporter Edu Torres went off on the National team when the US destroyed Mexico and even said the things about how Mexico needed to export and the US had all these Euro based players etc etc. Cut to Tigres struggles and then dolt comes out with a tweet that Tigres should look at signing Johan Vasquez and how they should pay him a lot more than what he's getting in Italy. Things like that are the problem.
