I just found it. THers a little tab that says "Chat now: GO" up in the right nad corner and that's how you launch the chat.

I've been logged into it the whole time, and only seen 1 question get answered, and a couple more questions go unanswered....

We may have to wait 'til they post the archive, unless someone had the miracle connection.

I sat thru the chat. Several familiar names asked some good questions. BA didn't give any new info for anyone who's spends anytime on BS or reading ussoccer.com or any other web site - just boilerplate comments.

I agree that was generally true. A couple things did stick out for me though.

1] He said that the future is for the young guys and picked out Convey, Donovan, and Beasely. Clearly Donovan and Beasely are givens but he mentioned Convey in the same breath and I think that has been the strongest endorsement of BA's future plans and expectations of Convey (and I would be surprised if this key player was a left back!!).

2] The second was that he is actively trying to make sure that the Olympics do not overlap with WCQ. Again, these guys are his core and he wants them to be there (in WCQ).

Ditto. Their Web site is horrendous to navigate.

I managed to find the link to the chat but found most of Bruce's answers not very helpful. I wasn't surprised -- he always plays it close to the vest and hates giving out details or hints.

I agree with rollo's observation about Convey.

for the live chat, and future refference it was a tiny little tab in the center column that said Live Chat: GO NOW it was right beneath that but very difficult to pick up. It was actually above of the slots where you log in. I missed about a half of the chat, and agree that there was nothign really earth shattering, we'll just have to wait for the transcript to be posted in the "near future."
