    I'm surprised that no one has mentioned the obvious here, and that is the British most likely threw the game as a means of gaining favor with the local Iraqis. Good will and all that stuff.

    I have been wanting to see the video footage of the match, but haven't come across it to date. My brother said they ran the loop three times on MSNBC. Any other spottings?
