Really? You want the nature of the officiating to change for the final? You're pretty much assuring yourself of a crappy game as the players have to adjust the way they've been playing all season to get to MLS Cup. Yeah, it may be officiated "correctly" but it will be even worse to watch than current MLS games.

    How about more foreign players?

You know what Foreign fans are better, lets bring them in for the final.

Tell you what, a foreign city is better and I am not talking Canada, we should move the MLS Cup final to Qatar.

Qatar? What a ridiculous post. Dubai (UAE) is much better. I say play the entire next season in the middle east.

We should do as the NFL does and play a regular season match in London. It'll actually be more meaningful than competing in the Emirates Cup.

In all seriousness, the OP should watch more CCL games next year.

As bad as you (all of us) may think the USSF refs are, they could be worst.

play nearly 40 games with one set of officials just to change it for the (arguably) most meaningful games of the year.
    what could go wrong!?

This just has horrible written all over it.. yeah the officiating sucks but to change it in the final game will only do more damage.

I'm in favor of this. But only if LA reaches the final. And only if it is the ref from their away game against Morellia this year. To see them absolutely screwed by sub-MLS officiating again would be awesome.

I was thinking of the Union's goal disallowed because Valdes interfered with the keeper, and that goal against the Galaxy in the CCL which also should have been disallowed for the same reason.

Would honestly not be a bad idea to trot RBNY and the Gals out there in London. Maybe not in Wembley, but they could probably fill the Emirates. And it would be huge PR for the league
