Yes, he got traded to San Jose. Don't you read the other topics here?

He has potential, was having a great rookie season in 2001 before an injury put him out (Seems to be a running theme for the Galaxy) I think he needs time on the pitch more than anything, if he doesn't pan out at striker he has potential on the wing. Needs to lose the jitters before he shoots.

I don't know I have felt for a long time that he was picked just because he was a tall forward. I have yet to see anything that makes me think he will tunr into a really good pro. Good move Gals can we give Albright to the quakes too? I think we have a good stategy brewing here.

I am amazed that any MLS team would take Mullan. All speed, very little skill. The only time I saw Mullan match up well against other players was when the Galaxy played the O.C. Bluestars.

But even if he doesn't have any more skill than Albright, he has infinitely more field awareness than Albright.

He'll probably end up playing right-wing for us anyway. It's doubtless he'll start up top, even when Donovan's gone in July. We're missing someone on the right wing, and Mullan could fill that void, but I'd much prefer a more consistent starter, but in the MLS you can't get everything you want.
