Any thoughts on who the Breakers should roll the dice on at three?

I think a flank player (to replace Bettina), and perhaps a defender or two would be the focal points.

Devvyn Hawkins or Linda Orlandos would make sense in the spot.

For a surprise, perhaps Hope Solo? I'm not sure how Tracy would like being #3 though....

The best player in the Draft

Due to an injury riddled season Laura Schott did not have a stellar year. I believe without the injuries she goes #1. Breaking Cal's all time scoring record while missing more than a dozen games and bringing them to the NCAA's 4 years straight in the Pac-10 says alot about this players ability. 56 goals and a goal for every 3 shots taken speaks greatly of this player. Record previously held by Joy Fawcett. She can also run ,fast! National Junior Olympics Finalist in the 100mm hurdles. 4th and 6th in the U.S. ( age group), 96 gave up track for soccer. Can play forward and wide. Laura is on the U-21 WNT, played W/ full Nat. Team in the Algarve cup W / a young team replacing the founders, scored against Norway. This year, after regaining her heath, she scored 7goals in her last 9 games. A very accomplished player. At 5'-6" and 145 lbs. likes a physical game. In Cachundos draft speculation I pick her here, not because of team need but for best talent available. She is in my opinion an impact player at this level. EC
