she went for the worm burner to get under the wall & the camera angle was poor to see any of the action in front of the goal (but I'm grateful there was a camera at all)

 

I'm grateful for video. But, next time, will someone please tell the camera operator to limit the close focus on the ball? Pull the picture out so we can see more than the two people on the ball. Again, I am grateful for the video...

Carney's goal looked a lot like Rapinoe's only she wasn't quite as wide.

That was almost really ugly by Lucks.

 

Boston are terrible. They have no offence at all. You cannot rely on Smith all the time. ARod needs to step up her touch is terrible & her & Lilly are to far apart, they are not connecting.

Chicago have played well. They are in control of the midfield with Klein & Ostberg holding. Rapinoe & Carney have been great.Very dangerous.

eta: did the announcer just trash Hege about her English? or rather about how much her English has improved? kinda a jerk move.

eta2: ok, so it seems that this guy knew Hege when she was w/ the Courage. Perhaps they've got an inside joke about that or something. maybe not such a jerk move.

 

She might have countered with the fact that he can't pronounce her name.
