Break up Eastern Europe Board

    I would suggest that the Eastern European board be broken up into Russia and Poland, and maybe a separate Eastern European. the crowds that go to each seem to be completely independent of each other.

    That's how it already is, isn't it? Former Soviet Union instead of Russia but that's pretty close. Also, I at least read stuff from the FSU and EE boards.
