Where in New Jersey can I find markets that sell quality picanha? I have been to the big AJ Seabra's in Newark but on the day I went they were out of it. I just called the AJ Seabra's in Kearny and the portuga said they have Nicaraguan and Mexican picanha and sometimes they have Australian (vacuum-sealed) and American picanha. Planning a huge July 4th cookout and I want to get a big, juicy peça de picanha.
Hmm! Where is this going to be? I would like to come over and sample the picanha! I will bring 1 bottle of Pitu...
