You can find better for sure. Do you know anyone in Brazil that you trust? I'd transfer money using TransferWise. You'd get R$5,879. There is a fee of US$22, but the conversion rate including the fee is still around 3.86. The rate you are getting is 3.6. I wouldn't accept anything less than 3.8.

If you will be in Rio, I know the best and safest retail outlet in Ipanema that gives best rates. If you want I can give you the contact info. Sao Paulo you will find downtown several locations. Again, though the best rate is through the black market through somebody you trust.

PT congresswoman caught trying to forge an assault claim just 2 weeks ago. This is their MO now. It wouldn't surprised me if they are also behind Neymar's rape accusation. PT know they are in trouble and are going beserk.

If it was a setup, she would have been hooked up with the correct lawyer from the start.

Should I be worried that the police and people at the fortaleza airport let me go through without a bag check or making me fill out something where I claim however much money I brought and things like that? I had all my shit in my backpack and suitcase that i brought on the plane. I fly out next week and was just thinking about this now. I was the first person through and literally alone in there when the cops or whatever they are waved me through because everyone was waiting for their bags.

so what are you saying, that being a scammer and being an idiot are mutually exclusive ? all con artists must be criminal masterminds , no one would ever dare to rob a 7-11 store because there are security cameras.

    It gets better and better.

The video that was released is an edited version, and she told the police that there is a full version containing proof of the assault . It can't be posted though, because guess what the dog ate my homework yesterday someone stole her ipad which stored the video. She's very very bright.

My post was a bit incomplete. What I mean is if this was a setup with PT behind it she would have been setup with the right lawyer from the start and it would have been all well planned. She is on her 3rd lawyer now.

That's because the rest of the video doesn't show what she wants. Actually the whole video doesn't. From their 2nd text exchange after the 2nd encounter it seems like he was able to calm her down and even talked on good terms.

One thing that's a bit concerning, unrelated to to the case, is Neymar saying he was drunk and "crazy" on a Wed night when he probably had training the next day. He was already suspended but supposedly still having to go to training. Also, in the exchange between here and her 1st lawyer, besides her saying he came in drugged, he also says he knows bad stories of him and that he has been using drugs. Could be all BS about the drugs. Could also be they were trying to "catch their correspondence" on whatsapp to show it as some proof she wasn't lying. It's all bizarre to me how much they exchanged on messaging. He is also pretty unprofessional at times calling her "linda" and saying she is the woman of every man's dream.

Something smells bad on all sides here to be honest.

or the plan was simply to defame Neymar and not go through with a lawsuit, which given the lack of evidence is about unwinnable even if the lawyer was in it.

Doubt it. Something this badly executed is only making Neymar look better.

The Neymar bashing from Globo for example didn't start with Bolsonaro ... it started at the Olympics. Coincidentally enough 1 year after their deal with Neymar ended. From 2011 - 2015 Globo and Neymar had a deal in place where he would appear on their programs, give the preferential treatment, and let them break news about him. They had some issues and after 2015 Neymar started giving preferential treatment to other stations which pissed off Globo.

the rabbit hole goes deep. Looks like you're onto something about Globo, or at least 1 of their employees. Mauro Naves is about to get his ass fired. The manner in which the lawyer talks to her via text and his friendship with Naves makes it but confirmed that he was in it from the start. He dropped her as an attempt to dodge the shitstorm that's about to come.

I don't know the ins and outs of how journalism works. First Globo claims he was suspended for providing Neymar Sr.'s number to the lawyer. Honestly I don't see anything wrong with that. He may have done that favor and then say in exchange he wanted an exclusive news to break. Normal for journalists. That's good for him and Globo.

But that would seem too little. Globo management could be pissed he already had a story and didn't talk to management. They'd certainly want to break that news. The question is, what is Naves responsibility to Globo as long as he is doing this outside of Globo "working hours" ?

Now, this makes it looks like he was trying to broker a deal, not only just provide a number. And he was in Teresópolis on company business. I know Globo is not pissed about ethics. They are pissed because of some missed opportunity to break news first. It'd be interesting if they were still in business with Neymar ... would they be thinking different ?

If there's a deal then there's no story, if there's a story, it means there's no deal. At the very least, it's a conflict of interest on Naves. What of the odds of this chick just randomly walking into the office of a Laywer that is connected with Globo journalism?

Not that bad. In a case like this you look for a top lawyer and most likely that top lawyer has a lot of connections. I am not sure what you imply by being connected to Globo journalism ... he just knew Mauro Naves. Anything else is speculation.

Living in the US, I've randomly bumped heads and lived in the same apartment complex as a couple of people from childhood that lived in my building or the neighbor building in Sao Paulo. And I am not in Orlando or Miami ... what are the odds of that ?

Attorney client privilege is about confidentiality. A have a first cousin that works for another first cousin and he won't even tell me what they discuss, let alone getting a journalist from biggest TV network in the country involved. Also read the link that it's beneath the video, specifically this - Apparently Globo believes that the unnamed person helping with the deal is Naves.

Which is what it is. you don't to fly to Rio to obtain the contact info of a SP / Paris based person... from a tv journalist no less. It's 2019 and there are people search databases, private detectives, etc for that.

Najila Trindade is really not that intelligent. Beautiful and certainly very ambitious, but not bright. Probably malandra and esperta, but not smart.

She was born into a very poor family. Globo TV showed the neighborhood where she grew up - those dilapidated red-brick makeshift houses. Her mom raised her and 4 siblings alone, and Najila had a kid at 19.

I read the entire transcript of her whatsapp messages with her first lawyer. He agrees Neymar is no saint (and as is usual in professional sports, certain athletes have negative reputations from little self-control, too much money, women throwing themselves at them, and drugs and alcohol). I can believe Neymar was aggressive towards her.

But the woman admitted openly on national tv that she reached out to Neymar first and her purpose was for sex. So even if she did not mean to get him to impregnate her as so many women have done to professional athletes, that she was willing to fly to France all expenses paid for sex shows she's not exactly a woman of high morals. For the right price, naked she became. This is why some cynical commentators on Brazilian websites are saying she's basically a prostitute.

Her ex-husband said she stabbed him and she's got a temper, she thinks the world is out to get her, and she's difficult to control. Her first lawyer saw that when she lost her cool and complained and said she'd get even with Neymar even if she had to work with "os caras do PCC" (the men from Primeiro Comando da Capital, a notoriously brutal and dangerous organized crime syndicate). If she's just bluffing, she's stupid to get that on a text messaging platform. If she meant it and knows PCC people, then "show me whom you socialize with and I'll show you the person you are."

She changed her story, and said the full video was on a tablet which was stolen in a burglary. But police forensics said only her and her maid's fingerprints were found. Her own ex-husband said she'd never known Najila had a tablet (which Najila says is pink), only a black one which their son uses. He himself went to her apartment after the alleged burglary - with a witness - so he could retrieve some of their son's items. He never saw a pink tablet.

The story is basically imploding. Her current lawyer has stated that he will withdraw from the case if Najila fails to provide proof by midnight tonight. I'm expecting him to drop out - that's 3 lawyers in about 10 days. What is she thinking?

Don't get me wrong. I like Neymar as a player but care not for his off-the-pitch antics. He may well have beaten her/slapped her hard during sex. He didn't need to do that. But if he raped her, why didn't any lesions show up in a genital examination?

I think she's just furious and revoltada because he treated her like garbage and her pride and ego were wounded. With more "mortal" men, that probably doesn't happen; most average guys would kill to have sex with woman with her body. But Neymar isn't a "mortal" man. She wanted revenge and thought she could do this in secret, anonymously (she stated so openly). Now that the whole world is aware and some people are (admittedly, unethically and unnecessarily) harassing her and sending her death threats, she's panicking. I do not condone death threats or harassment, and Neymar and his dad are not innocent barefoot nuns. But she was extremely foolish to start this entire thing.

If she is so confident Neymar raped her and she has evidence, why did she cover her face when entering and leaving the police station? She had no qualms showing her face on tv. If anything she's realizing everything is imploding and she wishes she'd never even thought of meeting Neymar.

Lastly: a commenter on Brazilian news made a salient point. Given how expensive he is as a player, with PSG's entire medical department and CBF's medical team holding his health as a priority, why would Neymar agree to unprotected sex? He may be reckless and think he's immortal, but even he would know that some stranger from Instagram might have some nasty and incurable pathogens within her bloodstream that unprotected sex would give them access to his body to.

Najila is going to lose this fight. I wish he no harm and I frankly think Brazil will play more as a cohesive unit without him in this tournament, but other than that, this woman wasn't thinking. She was sure feeling, for she's said "estou surtando!" (a way of saying "I'm furious beyond description").

She is not a woman of high morals for going there just to have sex. Just like he is not a man of high morals for flying her there just to have sex. Even a prostitute can be raped. So those arguments don't necessarily undermine her credibility. In court, the fact she accepted a plane ticket and a hotel room means nothing.

The fact that she is vengeful doesn't exactly mean she is lying. It actually could mean she is telling the truth. I mean, being raped must be terrible. Plenty of eye for an eye people out there. Some people in the stress of an emotional break down can say things that they'd never do. She could be different. I think it's clear she has had issues growing up.

First, her and her husband are divorced. Just because he says he didn't know she had a tablet doesn't mean she didn't have one. He also went into the apartment after it was supposedly vandalized. The video I saw showed him recording an apartment that was a mess. So of course he wouldn't have seen an tablet that was supposedly stolen. Not saying she isn't lying. But I think you got the wrong narrative here. I definitely don't buy the story that she doesn't have the video.

I don't know why people are so curious about the 7-8 mins of this video. The aggression happened the day before. Reading through the text messages, they might have had another scuffle, he calmed her down, they talked a little and he left ... or some variation of that. He even mentioned in the text afterwards that they had "exchanged some ideas". Sounds like she didn't get what she wanted on video.

About unprotected sex, Roberto Carlos said Ronaldo used to tell women he had a vasectomy so he wouldn't have to use a condom. These guys may not be that bright. They see a blonde with blue eyes who's not a GP and think that they must be clean. The little head overpowers the big head.

About Neymar not being able to commit something like this rape, I'd say this ... Neymar is someone that by all accounts, looks like someone if you meet in person is the most chill and cool person. Everyone talks about that. You'd never say he has some anger issues which he has shown over his career. I've incidentally randomly met a couple of agents who have met him who actually made the same comment about him ... that he has a strong temperament. My point is ... appearances may be deceiving. I mean FFS ... Bill Cosby and Kevin Spacey are a couple of guys you'd probably never think were so sick.

Everyone knows this. What is your point with this line of argument? It's possible that she turned down sex in the last second despite rubbing in his face for months and flying over the atlantic for it. It is possible that she had video proof in that tablet for 2 weeks and yet none of her 2 lawyers, or her inner circle of friends/ex husband/presumably parents came up the bright idea of uploading it to the cloud. It's even possible that bigfoot and unicorns exist despite all the evidence to the contrary and that's literal. You literally can't prove a negative. So what? It doesn't mean that people shouldn't have their own opinions on these topics.
