I imagine he's reporting on some of Brazil's potential opponents in the second round. I think he said as much when Arena acted puzzled about questions about Brazil.

It makes sense. Does anyone really doubt Brazil will fail to advance?

Yes, this is it. In reading an article on UOL.com.br, they mentioned the US's game and stated that they may cross paths in the second round of the World Cup.

For the people who don't have 15 minutes to waste listening to the podcast, you may now watch the question and Arena's reaction in the all_access video on ussoccer.com.

My reaction? Wow... Brazilians are getting a little respect for us. Brazilians don't respect that many nations in soccer. Getting them to admit that Argentina has some decent players is like pulling teeth.

A small tip of the hat at an improve national team program.

If Parreira plays that fat slob Ronaldo, Brazil won't even make it out of the group. Roni was embarrassing today vs. Arsenal, Leonard Pinth-Garnell awful.
