That's what the announcers said. Don't know if it's true.

Even if only one of Japan and the two Koreas make it to the round of 16, the results so far are good enough to make East Asia feel strong and reinforce their love for football (which in Japan was dying, after the bad prep games).

Overall, bad news for the Middle East. They lack the quality coaching to compete. As is, I can see both Koreas, Japan and China becoming stronger than Iran, Saudi Arabia and the Emirates/Qatar forever.

Which in turn will cause a call for AFC to be split, with the OFC joining the eastern half.

2-0. My prediction: it stays like that.

It depends what you call bunker defense, but I saw a lot of game in the Dunga era never so little movement.

Robinho is so selfish when he plays for Brazil (at least that's what I heard) so what is he doing making that pass? Easily the best pass of the tournament so far.

    2x0, Elano.

    Alves on for Elano.

Robinho was selfish for City like 90% of the time.

For Brazil, only 80%. It's an improvement.

72' 2-0 #11 Robinho dribbles in from 35m left toward center -- and delivers the diagonal ball into the box -- perfect weight, gashes DPRK's back line. #7 Elano outflanks DPRK's LB and strides onto it at 12m mid-right, carries to 9m just wide of right post, and simply passes the ball just inside the left post.

NK's left back has been the wink link on both goals.

I think Lucio earned a free-kick for being tall and clumsy.

    Kaka off for Nilmar

I see at least another goal for Brazil before this is done.

I just figured they were government employees who could be trusted to keep their mouths shut upon returning home about how NK isn't actually a worker's paradise.

Nilmar is going to try to score by any means to prove a point.

    I still say 2-0.
