Am I the only one who noticed that the legendary Martin Tyler was the commentator? He also did the 2005 U-20 World Cup (and my god was he in love with Messi) so I'm guessing that ESPN and Fox Soccer lifted the coverage off another network?

Yeah, don't know who the announcer was, but I liked him.

Yeah, he hardly said anything, it was wonderful.

I'm so used to Ray Hudson, Whinealda, Max Bretos, etc.

Currently on ESPN they list the Home Run Derby (wasn't that last night which would make it 2 DAYS old?)

    Hopefully they will!

Didn't see the game on ESPN. I did like the fact that they moved it from ESPNU to the primary channel.

He is from ESPN Asia. I remember hearing him doing the WC games when I was in China and India last year.

I noticed the broadcast was lifted from the same coverage that CBC had. They replayed the game on saturday and I noticed the commentating was the same. Although the ESPN broadcast did have slightly different scoreboard graphics (but still not standard espn graphics).
