Anybody know anything about this? My team (Ball State) played after Sunday's home opener and we were supposed to be invited to an "afterparty" kind of deal at the Samba Room (I think that's the name). Anyway, they ended up saying there wasn't any point in going because there was some kind of a brawl there, and all the players were kicked out??? Anybody know anything about this? I'm deathly afraid that it was just hearsay and I missed an opportunity to have a brew with the Fire players...
I was there until at least 10pm, maybe later, and saw no brawl. Incidentally, Chris Armas' dad is pretty unmistakably Chris Armas' dad, and coach Sarachan has a very nice family. Later, COZ
Man, that really pisses me off. I drove 4.5 hours, expecting to catch a picture or two with some players, and I get screwed because of misinformation. Still worth the drive to play after the game, but...
