I've shot him an appreciative e-mails after reading his columns before. He generally responds, graciously. Doesn't hurt to let a man know you admire his work.

No smack intended, just a sarcastic comment from a supporter who is frustrated with the lack of support from this community.....especially when it comes to non-MLS games. I thought the champions League games were an amazing opportunity to see some club teams from the CONCACAF region, even though I had to sit there and listen to the visiting team's supporters singing/chants/whistles echoing off the empty seats. That is an awesome photo.
unfortunately when my computer crashed i lost the original version so that's just a version i pulled off a facebook upload. Though this is a little more shooped version as a wallpaper that i made for my blog a few days after the game last year. If i had to redo it today I would have taken a different approach... here is an upsized version of the face book pic, not great but pry better than "stretch" usually does for wallpapers.
