Twice without Gabigol he scored a hat trick now . He is one goal behind gabigol now in the artilheiria. I predict they start fighting for it now ... and completely fall apart :ROFLMAO:

I've been wanting to mention this before but now it is set in stone. Sure, Corinthians and Inter were very disappointing this year but my most disappointing team outside of cruzeiro is Bahia.

Everything was set up for Bahia to get a libertadores place this year and they completely blew it. Rogerio hasn't started since may... Fernandao gets more chances them him... Roger did nothing with the defense. The team still creates chance after chance yet can't defend at all while playing with 3 volantes.

This was a failure and I think Roger Machado is getting the biggest pass in futebol brasileiro.. I wonder why...

Gabigol folding after a "charge" from Dudu :ROFLMAO:

We didn't come out to do some damage, but Rafinha and JJ tapping Dudu on the head and face are asking for it.

At this point Mattos must be thinking of returning to Cruzeiro... [emoji848]

Cruzeiro will play in the second division in 2020. After today, this is almost a certainty.

Cruzeiro are screwed. Even if they don't get relegated in the last 2 games, they have lawsuits filed with FIFA against them for not paying many transfers to teams around the world. If they can't defend themselves, they will lose 8 points I believe. I guess it could happen next season though if the case is judged then.

If they do fall this year, people are saying they may just go bankrupt as they will have a hard time paying their debt with the decreased revenue. They will lose 30m just in TV rights and have all these ill signed player contracts to honor. The last 2-3 Presidents really screwed up the club.

But I think the worst that will happen is they will "close doors" and open up under a slightly different name and come back with debt erased. Club that big just won't disappear.

Honestly, I find it hard for a big Brazilian club to file for bankruptcy. Atletico Mineiro has a big debt, Flamengo, Corinthians ... It may happen, but I find it unlikely.
It would be terrible, for sure.

Atletico's debt is actually worse than Cruzeiro right now. But I am guessing Cruzeiro's debt is expected to grow more. I don't know which club has more fans. Botafogo has the worse debt and they don't really have the fanbase to get out of it easily. Flamengo, Palmeiras, Corinthians can service their debt based on revenue they are bringing in. Well ... if you don't consider Corinthians stadium that is ... which they are trying not to pay. That debt adds to more than R$1B.

I really despise the socio torcedor concept BTW. Plays on fans emotions to make them feel guilty about funding the club.

For the largest crowd in Minas Gerais, if you shout "Galo" in central region Belo Horizonte, you hear people saying the same thing everywhere. hahaha
The Corinthians situation is really critical. And in relation to the "socio torcedor", Vasco had an amazing attitude, bringing the fan "Povão" back to the stadiums.

I think Sampaoli is the first choice. Doesn't sound like he will be staying at Santos.

We will also clean house. Only players they want to stay are Weverton, Dudu, Luiz Adriano, Gomez, Victor Hugo, one of Jailson/Pras and maybe Bruno Henrique, Felipe Melo.
