Just wanted to give congrats to Brasil for winning the Copa America without all their stars unlike most other teams. Adriano played fantastically and to Arsenal's own Edu for winning one of the main Championships in the world. :D

The end of the game was pretty exciting Brasil scored in the last minute to take it to PK's.

Edu didn't do so well in the first half, but played far better in the second. He was a bit sloppy and miss hit his passes, but in the second half he realyy moved things along.

    Congrats to Edu!

Sure congrats Brazil but Edu had his worst game of the tournament. How many times did he weakly turn the ball over?

I'm hoping he was just tired because it certainly wasn't the Edu I was expecting from his games with the gunners.

Yeah Edu was sh!te, but I saw him play better earlier in the tourney. I wonder if he was nursing an injury because he was avoiding contact too much.

Edu did look sluggish - until he nailed that shootout PK!!!

Couldn't help but giggle as I watched the final about his supposed claims to want to play for the English FA. Wasn't so long ago, was it?

i thought Edu had a bad tourny.... the whole thing... he works so much better in our system than w/the brasil national team, IMO... was a quality PK tho.... now lets ribbish those barca rumours~~

Edu was thinking about more important things, like helping us crush the rest of the Premiership in this upcoming season....YEAH BABY! Plus, I prefer Argentina....I guess, not really, but everyone loves Brazil.....just thought I would be different. I do like Crespo, Claudio Lopez, J. Zanetti, + Veron.

Enjoyable game. I was rooting for the samba boys, but I thought they were pretty poor in general.

On a more Arsenal-related note, Edu had a really bad game. Particularly in the second half, Argentina totally dominated the midfield and Brazil could not sustain possession. He can look really silky at times, but when the midfield is congested, he lost the ball too many times. Anyway, congrats to Brazil and to our boy.
