Crock of the usual shit. McCellan wouldn't answer, was hiding behind smart answers and Moran and the other journalists in the room were pushing him to answer the questions asked. Questions, mind you, he had no problem answering when the answers supported the Bush acolytes. Now that those lies have been found out, the journalists were asking him to defend/repeat the lies or come clean and tell the truth.
I'll grant you that. But thats not criminal. Moran acted with rage and treated McClellan like the little bitch lap dog that he is. It was refreshing. MSNBC all over this, about every 10 minutes. Enjoy "Egg on face" Righty Lame Ducks.
Ah, so you're saying that by the very nature of reporting "McLellen wouldn't answer the question," the press is crossing a line. They're becoming part of the news, after all in that respect even using themselves as sources. However, let's look at the opposing option. The press ignores the fact that McLellen wouldn't answer direct questions and drops that aspect of the story completely. Basically they say, "the White House said 'no comment'." Now, how does that make the President look any better? You know how most people read 'no comment.' It's an assumption of guilt (sort of like the 5th amendment). Technically, the Press corps are being more responsible to everyone involved by saying, "please give us a comment from the administration's perspective." When the answer to this was, "no comment" in the form of "we can't comment on an ongoing investigation," the press still let the Press Secretary defend the administration by asking again.
Don't babble. You hate America. That's bad enough. Don't compound the matter by transparent bluster. Do you always get this incoherent when your deep hatred of what makes America great is pointed out to you?
Wow, I try not to read his work too closely, but that passage is genius transcending that of DamonEsquire and approaching Gertrude Stein's.
This is pretty absurd Matt, coming from a Liverpool-loving hack! Indeed, let's say it together shall we... repeat after me: "I pledge allegiance, to the flag, of the United States of America, and to the Republic, for which it stands, one Nation, under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all." What's that you're babbling about Matt? Burns your tongue? I thought so! Patriotism Matt! It's what's for Dinner!
Honest question, ITN. Say that a Fox News reporter was questioning Clinton's press aide the same sort of way and I come on here to say we need to ban him from the White House. Would you feel the same way.
Don't lump him in with all conservatives. Some of them get it. Stick with "right-wing nutjob" and there should be no problem.
McClellan getting hammered again at today's WH Press Conference. I wonder who ItMoron is going to want to send to the reeducation camp today for not genuflecting correctly to the name and visage of the Dear Leader and his mouthpiece?
Indeed. Sorry. Should have said Bush Acolyte and been done with it. Of course that's sacreligous so I would have heard from ITN on any number of things for that one.
But should that situation actually occur, you will immediately step to the side and explain the nuances of why it was actually an injustice because Fox News is the pinnacle of all that is right and just in this world. You'll deny this, but everyone who posts here, conservatives, liberals, and all those in between know it to be the truth. And then you'll question our (everyone above's) patriotism. Don't you have a different script?
this would be so much easier if we only had one news source officially approved by the government. welcome to mr. ITN's neighborhood.
Is this the neighborhood where Speedy McFeely would be sent to Gitmo if the mail was late one morning?
