I thought we could save alot of time and searching around if we just reviewed boots in the same way. (i've seen like 12 threads asking how pulses are?!) so if anybody is down... maybe we could do it like this: 1. name of boot 2. fit (true to size, not true to size) 3. how long u had it, how long they lasted 4. confort (1-10, 10 being the most confortable) 5.looks (1-10, 10 being the best) 6. grip (how the studs grip the field) 7. problems with the boot? 8. overall rating of the boot feel free to review a boot even if it's already posted, i'd be cool to have more than 1 opinion...
i'll start.. 1. AZT III (white and red) 2. True to size on me, but i've heard it's better to buy half size bigger 3. had em since June 1st 4. comfort= 7.2 5. looks= 8 6. grip= 9.3 in FG 7. -scuffs much too easily - if i wear 1 pair of socks, very very unconfortable, if i wear 2 it fits awesome. - doesn't strach, can't condition the leather (unless someone knows how??) 8. rating= 7.9
i got 2... 1. Nike Mercurial Vapor black/red 2. true to size (normal shoe size=11 boot size=11) 3. got em december sold them may, still in great condition 4. 8 5. 8.7 6. great, never slipped (except in mud because it was fg) 7. none, except for the blisters in 1st week. 8. 9 1. adidas predator pulsion black/red 2. true to size 3. got em feb have them till now, only defects are at the toe. 4. 8 5. 7.5 6. good, there sg and work on fg as well. 7. at the toe the material is starting to split from the stud plate, and gets real dirty. 8. 8
1. Nike AZT90II Black/Silver 2. True to size 3. Had them for 1 season now, still like new, still really shiny 4. 9 5. 8 6. Very well, i have sg 7. None so far 8. 8.5
1. Umbro Speciali 2001 FG 2. Fantastic fit 3. 1 month, no wear as yet 4. 10 most comfortable boots I have ever worn 5.9 Another classic boot with the large white fold over especially appealing to my eyes 6. 8 Excellent grip, moulded studs positioned well and no problems turning on hard ground 7. Leather delicate so really have to look after them 8. 10 Best boots ever?
1. Nike AZT 90 II F.G (and S.G) White/Obsidian Blue 2. Little big, alot bigger to my previous manias 3. since Feb 04, still look brand new 4. 7, can hurt ankle if landed on funny 5.9 i think its a very nice looking boot 6. f.g = Very good grip, unfortunatly sometimes too much as broke ym ankle due to studs sticing in the ground S.G = very good for boggy ground, hurts on everything else 7. problems with the boot? Too much grip! 8. 8.5 easiert boot to clean imo
1. name of boot 2. fit (true to size, not true to size) 3. how long u had it, how long they lasted 4. confort (1-10, 10 being the most confortable) 5.looks (1-10, 10 being the best) 6. grip (how the studs grip the field) 7. problems with the boot? 8. overall rating of the boot I'll do a couple! 1. Adidas Predator Mania (SG & FG) 2. Good, true to size, size 10 3. Had them since September, SG blades wear down very quickly, FG v.good lasting. 4. 8 - Very comfortable, snug fitting boot. FG better again, less pressure on the sole of the foot. 5. 7.5 - Look good, but not spectacular. 6. 8 - Adidas are the best for grip, the TraXion system is the best one. FG boots better all round, can wear them on all surfaces, don't really wear the SG's that much due to FG's better traxion. 7. The soleplate tends to seperate from the toe of the boot, quite heavy compared to vapor. 8. 8 - Really nice boot, great for midfielders due to it's sturdiness and the K-Leather. Next... 1. Valsport Era FG 2. Bit big, maybe half a size too big. 3. 6 months - very VERY scuffed up, maybe the way i play did that though! 4. 7.5 - A comfortable boot, but too much space between your foot and the top of the boot. 5. 8.5 - Very nice looking boot, very flash, the old-fashioned defenders dont like them!! 6. 6 - Slip a bit, blades too small, very little stud pressure though. 7. - Rip easily, poor strikezone due to the space between foot and boot, too heavy for the material used 8. 6.5 - Not really a boot i am mad on, much prefer others! Next... 1. Nike Vapor S.G 2. I bought mine half size smaller, but think that was a mistake, think they are true to size. 3. Had them since XMAS, still in a pretty good condition, had no problems! 4. 6 - Weakness of the boot, get a lot of blisters! 5. 9 - I have the chrome ones, really nice looking boot! My favourite looking one! 6. 8 - Good grip, but really only good for v.soft ground, as blades are really long. 7. Hurts if you get trodden on in them, get a lot of blisters, difficult to cross in... anyone else found that? 8. 8 - you get a lot of power behind a shot and the lightweight boot is really enjoyable to play on, I really can notice the difference in weight, especially in boggy conditions! Hard to cross with though, whereas Pred's are very good for this! That'll do for now, I will do some of my others soon!
1. name of boot 2. fit (true to size, not true to size) 3. how long u had it, how long they lasted 4. comfort (1-10, 10 being the most comfortable) 5.looks (1-10, 10 being the best) 6. grip (how the studs grip the field) 7. problems with the boot? 8. overall rating of the boot 1. Comfort, 8.5 Really comfortable. 5. Looks their ok id say 8 6. They have good grip (FG)8 7. The only problems ive had is that, the side of the shoe. I touched the touchline and it stained my shoe white on the side but not too noticeable. 8. Overall rating 8. 1. Adidas F50 (SG, White/blue) 2. True to size 3. Barely wore them so far so good, easy to clean just use a toothbrush all grass stains come out. 4.Comfort 9, really comfortable but the most comfortable to me is the Mania 5. Looks 9 6. Grip 9 (SG) 7. No problems yet 8. Overall rating 9

1. name of boot 2. fit (true to size, not true to size) 3. how long u had it, how long they lasted 4. confort (1-10, 10 being the most confortable) 5.looks (1-10, 10 being the best) 6. grip (how the studs grip the field) 7. problems with the boot? 8. overall rating of the boot 1. adidas f50 white/blue f.g 2. fit true size 3. had for about a week but played in them plenty of times and they are still good 4. i would say 7 on the side of the foot rubbs 5.10 cos they look great 6. 10 no slips or anything 7. just the comfort and they are hard 2 clean but ok wiv soap and spray 8. 9 and another pair of my boots 1. adidas predator pulse blue and silver euro 2004 f.g 2.have 2 buy a size bigger 3.had for about 2-3 weeks and are not in good condition 4. 5 cos it feels like the studs are cumming through my feet 5. 8 cos they look ok but i like the mania grip beta 6. 10 cos no slips or anything like the f50 7. the comfort and the front colour wore away easily after 2 matches and hard 2 get clean 8. overall i wud say 6
Supernova F.G. (black/gold) about 1/2 sizes smaller than actual size March 2004 10 havn't had a better feeling boot 9.5 the black and gold good really well together 10 havn't had a slip even on soft ground The elastic band stretches quickly 10 best boot ever worn
Lol someone gave the vapors 9 despite saying you get a lot of blisters and they offered no support. Lol if a boot ever did this to me I would bin them and yet you still love them? Nikes brainwashing works wonders, people happy with ********e boots because they look cool. Hilarious.
1. Predator Mania (Black, Champagne, Lunar, & Gunmetal) 2. True to size 3. 1-1.5 years 4. 9.5 5. black= 9.2 champgne=8.5 lunar=9.8 gunmetal=9 6. 9.2 blades are abit too long when playing on really hard ground 7. elastic band strechjes too quickly, on my champagne ones the side separated a little bit. 8. overall= 9.5 1. Preadator Pulse (Black, Silver, & Navy) 2. i have mine true to size, but i'm starting to think 1/2 size smaller,, they r also a bit wider than manias 3. March 04 4. 8.3 the plastic on the sides hurt my foot sometimes 5. black= 9.2 silver= 8.5 blue= 8.2 **black ones look better because i put an old mania toungue from my champagne ones and i painted the top 3 vamps black** i don't like the pulse toungue too much 6. 9.3 7. outside of shoes raises up, but doesn't cause a real problem 8. 9... good boot, but i still like the manias better
you have posted this many times and no one listens to you, why do you continue with your useless posting?
I dont find them hard to clean, you should definetely get them. Yes they are the white ones w/ blue. I just use a toothbrush and water no soap or anything like that, just brush off the sides and it all comes out. All the "mesh" stuff while your playing gets grass stains but they come out when u brush em.
I live in New Zealand, and tried on the black F50's on the weekend, along with just about every boot there is and i found the F50's to be the most comfortable as i have narrow feet. I was going to buy the black F50's but i do prefer the white ones. They are coming out in NZ this week but im not sure about cleaning them. Are you sure all the stains come out perfectly well and do you think they will last for a year. No stains... I am taking ur word on this. Please giv ur honest opinion.
1. name of boot Mizuno Wave Cup Rivaldo FG 2. fit (true to size, not true to size) Smallish - get about 1/2 size bigger than normal 3. how long u had it, how long they lasted 8 months - no tears or signs of death nearing 4. comfort (1-10, 10 being the most confortable) 10 - not one blister, light too 5.looks (1-10, 10 being the best) 8 - simple btu effective 6. grip (how the studs grip the field) 8 - excellent on dry, poor on wet but here is Aust hardly rains 7. problems with the boot? too expensive! 8. overall rating of the boot 10 best boot ever worn and am afraid when they finally die theyll be irreplaceable
In my review i said i dont know how long they'll last because ive worn them a short time, as of now (bout couple weeks) they are fine. Yes the stains come out, like ive said before toothbrush and water gets it all out, after one of my games it had green stains all over the "mesh" then i just washed them away and they were gone.
