and just think, you will get to watch players who are less skilled.
At least it’s not the EPL.
Less skilled than some of the Fire teams that graced Bridgeview with their presence back in the day?
I’m excited for this. Very close to me, and great stadium. Wondering how to watch games on tv or online
I never liked trekking out to Bridgeview, and with these prices any notion of me giving this team a watch has gone out the window.
Too expensive for third division American soccer.
Yeah, I feel like it'll be better to wait til next year and see the Fire play the Open Cup in Bridgeview than to pay this much to watch a team with an even worse name than ours :|
well, the prospects of future promotion one day might make them better players, i guess, because pro/rel is magic that way.
It probably costs money that they don't have, but I wonder if they'd try to get games on local TV (my50) like the Wolves. Detroit City just signed a deal with myTV stations across Michigan this season.
Detroit City has a few years of having built up a gonzo foundation of support, as demonstrated by consistent attendance.
Also no local MLS team.
I own Detroit City
So you're not counting the f#&@ing yellow suburban team?
Different TV markets.
Fall schedule released today. Can't wait.
They call me about every 2 weeks, including last night (about the new schedule).
I will see if I can come down for a game.
