This might be what you're referring to: http://www.cnn.com/2005/WORLD/europe/07/12/spain.blasts/index.html

MADRID, Spain (CNN) -- Four explosions struck a new, soon-to-be-operational electrical power plant in northern Spain on Tuesday, shortly after warning calls were made in the name of the Basque separatist group ETA, a Basque regional police spokesman told CNN.

The plant is in the town of Amorebieta in País Vasco.

I'm sure the timing of this can only help ETA's cause.

I don't know what to say, other than to express hope that no one was seriously injured. Hopefully they will learn that violence is no way to achieve political independence in a civilized society.
