when does the game start? I'd be willing to follow the commentary. But I have no source to provide it.

It's free! They do a pretty good job. Wouldn't you know as a Liverpool fan, I would be associated with one of the few Premier League teams who REALLY makes you pay for audio feeds.

0-0 so far, 8 minutes in.

Moyes put out the same side that started the game against Sunderland. Bit of a slow start so far, but it's early.

    Itzagol!

McBride knocks down a free kick for Steve Watson who scissor-kicks one over the Bolton keeper and in.

    Bolton 0-1 Everton

    Watson again!!

Jaskelainen (sp?) couldn't hold Radzinski's shot and Stevie was there to tap home the rebound.

    Bolton 0-2 Everton

Damn, I have been unusally busy for the last half hour at work but have just managed to pick up the audio from the official site.

Going great though isn't it, we're all over them!! First goal sounded like a peach. Hope they show it on FSW/Sky Sports later tonight.

Got to love it...one of the announcers said something about McBride not getting one of his customary goals as yet...

We've certainly had most of the play for 70 minutes. Things are getting a bit scrappy, especially in midfield, but it's all good so far.

If you can't see Watson's goals on TV, you can always find them here:

Delroy Facey pulls one back for Bolton, but it's too little too late.

    Bolton 1-2 Everton

First ever win for the Toffees at the Reebok.

A good result for the Blues. Pity we conceded the late goal, clean sheets are an extra morale booster.

Puts pressure on the reds tomorrow which is good. Saints winning and a late Chelsea comeback mean we're still in the thick of things.

By the sounds of it Radzinski should've had better finishing. Perhaps we'll see McBride and Rooney pairing up soon.

42 points wich equals our point total of all of last season. First win at Bolton in 40 years We are breaking all kind of records that we didnt need to have. Now lets hope Mateo can score anothe great OG this weekend.

Glad they won. I'm wondering when McBride is gonna fire one in off the head as well.

    Great win for us!

I know it was Bolton, but 2 in a row now and I think we are coming back into our old form.

Great to see Watson with a double, I think hes scored twice as more goals as Emile Heskey :D

    When is Roonaldo coming back??

Big game coming up at home vs Leeds.. should look to winning that game comfortably.. and continuing our rise to the top!

    CMON EVERTON!

Leeds has played pretty well on the road, so Everton needs to be sure it doesn't get caught going into the game overconfident.

Here're the away records of our remaining home opponents:

    .....................W.....D......L

    Leeds.............5......2.......6
    Southampton...3......4.......5
    West Ham.......3......2.......7
    Newcastle.......2......3.......6
    Liverpool..........5......2.......5
    Aston Villa.......1......4.......7
    Man Utd..........3......4.......4

I think we can realistically expect our boys to win 3-4 of our upcoming home games and possibly only lose to Man Ure

If we do that, we're finishing runners up to Arsenal

Yes I think we will be close or at least fighting for that position, it will come down to the Newcastle match at home and the Chelsea match away. Dont forget I was the one that said Everton will get 40 points at home this season and every one thought I was nuts.

Optimism has been a horrible thing for us toffees over the past few seasons...so let's hope that is behind us...onward and upward

You arent Kidding :D but when I said thet in the beginning of the season it wasnt optimism more insight to the way the club played at home. Moyes had the lads Fit and hustleing and sticking Rooney Rads and Campbell in together at home instilled a confidence in them that we are going out there to win and not play not lose. It wasnt Optimism but attitude that made me believe we would be hard to beat at home. That is what has been lacking at Goodison for some time. Lets face it we dont have great players ( well not yet anyway) but we have a good team and Moyes's attitude spread right through the team. This is basically the same team as last season with a few exceptions. and here we sit with 42 points and 13 matches left.

I have to admit I was dubious of your 40 points from home games prediction. We currently have a 7-4-1 record. 25 points from 12 games is good, not fantastic but good none-the-less. Only the 4 teams above have better stats. The draws around Xmas costus several points. Do you still think we can pick up the remaining 15 points from 7 games? Perhaps 38 points is possible.

The Leeds game will be interesting.
