******** it I say we go all out we have to TRY to win or else we are in the same spot as before so this is my line up against paraguay 4-1-3-2

    -----------------Lampe-------------
    --Anez---Valverde--Mendez--A. Reyes---
    ----------------Chuma---------------
    Arce-----Loyaza-----Cardozo

    -----------M3---Pena-----

We actually have a chance to win this one. Abdon Reyes is a badass. He might be a little old, but he has great composure with the ball and he runs his a** off. Also with Arce and M3 playing together we might actually have some goals. VAMOS BOLIVIA!!!

I like Alcido up top a lot.

I said in the chile thread that we should replace Rivero with a traffic cone and I was spot on. The guy gives an assist to Chile in their first gol, misses a standing wide open header in front of gol and was generally as effective as a double amputee in a tap dancing contest. Now I hope they follow my advice with paraguay and sent them a bunch of trannis to their hotel rooms.

Otherwise with our current defense (no Raldes/Rodriguez) we're in trouble.

just read some horrible news, as if it couldn't get worse right?

Juan Carlos Arce was apparently badly injured in today's practice and will be sidelined with an ankle injury for at least 2 months. NO "conejo" Arce(aka our best player against chile) for next match and for the next 2 months for Bolivar. We really cannot catch a break.
Sucks for Arce, he's the one player i can always count on to deliver.

Add Arce to the already large list of sideline we have: Arce, Raldes, Rodriguez, Gutierrez, Campos, Arias, Rivero.

On a second note I think this would be the time for Alcides and Mojica to step up to the line of fire and deliver the goods.

    ---------------------------------------------Lampe-------------------------------------------------
    ------------------------------Mendez------------------Valverde-------------------------------
    -----Anez---------------------------------------------------------------------Abdon(Barba)---
    -------------------------------------------Flores-----Chumacero----------------------------------
    ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    -----------------------Mojica--------------------Cardozo--------------------Alcides-------------
    ------------------------------------------------M3--------------------------------------------------

Since we have so many injuries, I think we should play a 4-2-2-2. This formation has quite a lot of offense while still having our two defensive mids.

    ---------------------------------------------Lampe-------------------------------------------------
    ------------------------------Mendez---------------------Valverde----------------------------------
    -----Anez-------------------------------------------------------------------------A. Reyes-----------
    ----------------------------------------Flores-----Chumacero--------------------------------------
    ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    -----------------Cardozo-------------------------------------------------Alcides--------------------------
    -----------------------------------M3----------------------Pedriel----------------------------------

Galarza is supposed to start at net. WTH happened to Lampe..he was always promising and then he fell off..

Arce is a huge loss but he always failed to deliver with a GOAL at times so maybe cardozo can step up...things are looking bleak

You know what's going to happen on Saturday; like it has some many times; everyone in the world is giving up on NT and every is counting them out and emotionally separating themselves from this team and moving on to 2018, They are going to pull us back watch I can see the headlines "Bolivia le Baila a Paraguay 4-0" then everyone in this forum and in Bolivia is going to believe again. It's the perfect setup then in Conmebol match week 7 we will get our hopes crushed again. It's just as bad as being in an abusive relationship, It’s an abusive cycle .. :D

you know what atsegnorts, you're on the money. It's exactly what i was thinking, except i think that only more dissapointment will come since Paraguay is so well adapted. Watch it will be 0-1 to the guaranies.

And about the abusive cycle, it's just the way it is what else can we do as fans? but cheer, cry, scream, yell, laugh, weep with our green jersey on.

I completely agree with you hahah. But as much as people might disagree with me, I think it would be safer to lose. Get the Bolivian people extreamly upset at the federation, fire everyone. And start from zero. New staff, new coach, new everything. Get more money for friendlies involved. Why is it that this happens every F@#$ing world cup and no significant changes are made. I think we have a good team, just a horrible organization. And i blame it on the people, no one does anything about it. I blame the media for not being harsh against the federation.

what the hell is going on?
just read that Luis Mendez felt an injury yesterday and that he might also be ruled out for the match tomorrow. That makes 8 down. Plus leaves us with a whole new backline, that have never played before. Vargas, Jimenez, Valverde, Barba. May god be with us.
