Pumas didn't get robbed. The refereing decisions were very suspect but boca completely outplayed pumas. Teams that get outplayed like that just don't deserve to win.

Pumas got dominated, but blame Boca for not finishing them with their 1000 chances. At one point I think Boca had like 20 shoots to Pumas 1

You're not the only one confused.

If it's a friendly then both teams have nothing to gain or lose.

Unfortunately Boca did not particapate in the Recopa tournament of 2000 (vasco de Gama), and the 2000 (Galaxy) and 2003(Toluca) tournament of the Copa Interamericana. NOW, Boca wants to play the three champions listed above for their cups. So No! it is not a friendly if the Galaxy lose, we lose our cup, same applies for the other two teams.

Now, even moreso than before, I hope we hammer them into the ground. Herc will destroy them, Ugo will kill Martin Palermo. ;)

We get the bragging rights from MLS to share how it felt to play against BOCA. According to the source we dont get Sh!t  Should we propose a match to DC and play for the cups that we have lost. :D

Isnt funny! :D how many DC fans like to browse and post in the Galaxy Forum. It seems like they cant live without us. I tell you MLS would drown if L.A. was not part of it.

Yeah both prospects are as perposterous as the other. It doesnt make any sense, ******** this match. What retard agreed to put up bling for the "honor" to play another team. I guess there is such thing as a free lunch. Which we will serve to Boca after we kick their asses to the ground.

Once upon a time, 1998 to be precise, DC United won the CCC and thus earn the right to play the winners of the Copa Libertadores, Vasco Da Gama, in a two legged championship.. The InterAmerican Cup... DC won..
In 2000, the Galaxy won the CCC and also had the right to play Boca in the InterAmerican Cup but Boca did not play..
Now Boca wants to have some more trophies to become the all-time trophy winner of South America and so they want to go back in time and get trophies they passed up before...
I guess we were given the trophy by default.. Not sure on that part..
I think I'm close on the story.. Corrections and additions welcomed.. ;)

like i mentioned its a pissing contest between boca and independiente to have more cups because idependiente is now playing for the inter american cup from back in the 70's that they didnt play. Boca now is thinking about doing the same thing if boca accomplishes this then they will we the king of most cups world wide, i believe, since now they matched Real MAdrid, Milan, Independiente and some other team in trophies won.
