    Genuinely sad to hear of his death. Seemed a great guy who'd beaten cancer so many times it seemed he'd live forever. Never heard a bad word said about him.

    Excellent, thoughtful player in his day which he carried over into management.
    Sad loss. He had a tough time in later years with cancer and Newcastle.

    I lived next door to Mick Mills for several years and he was a good mate. He reckoned that Robson was the best, the very best; both as a man and a manager. RIP Bobby.
