Since the Toronto players had a game a few weeks ago at Gillette Stadium, I would be curious how they would compare the two surfaces. Some of the Revs players had comments similar to what the KC guys said, but since these guys played on both surfaces they would know better than anyone else.

That Turf at GS is the most used turf in the Nation....the Giants and Jets play at least 20 games a year on it(Including Pre Season)...and the Red Bulls play at least 15 games on it...its used all yr rund no wonder why its beat to sh*t...

BTW the same company that laid the turf at BMO laid the turf at GS...

It might be the same company, but the turf itself is different.

But the BMO field is FIFA Two Star. The GS turf, from what I understand, while being older is also shorter so as to cater to NFL as opposed to soccer that (so I understand) utilizes a slightly longer blade in order that the ball hold up in a natural way ... but the comment about wear and tear is a good one.

most important thing aboot field turf , Seattle Seahawks and Sounders were the first pro teams to use this, due to the weather oot here.
The inventors came up with great idea n how use old rubber tires.

From watching both games, I thought that the ball rolled more like real grass on the Gillette field.
