    He Ain't Picking on Africa

I'm no fan of Blatter (or the other scumbags on the FIFA executive), but it's unfair to imply that it is Africa that's being picked on. Because of the bickering and organizational problems leading up to 2002, Blatter and others on FIFA clearly said in 1999 that there would never be anymore jointly-hosted World Cup's anywhere in the future. He was just clarifyng this the other day. Yes, it's too bad for the Tunisia's, Libya's, Singapore's, New Zealand's, Cameroon's and Uruguay's of the world, but no way they are going to get the World Cup ever. It would be nice if the 2030 Centennial World Cup would be expanded for one-time to 64 nations with all ten South American countries "hosting", but FIFA and not the national organizations would have to run the entire show from top to bottom.

Actually uruguay are set to Bid for the 2030 World cup. They might have a great chance of getting it because of the 100 year thing, and the fact they hosted the first world cup in 1930.

But how are Uruguay going to get the minimum requirements of 10 40.000-seat stadiums required by FIFA to hold the 64 matches? They could only get the cup if they co-hosted.
