Here's my latest finding in the "obscure american players in the swedish lower divisions" category! I'm assuming that it's this guy. He appears to be both an assistant coach for a college team and also an Arena Soccer player (which even after googling, I'm not entirely sure what it is ). He has signed with a club called Edsbyns IF who are looking to avoid relegation from the fifth tier of swedish football. Apparantly he will play for them at least until the midseason break in early July and then they will see what happens after that. So far he has started in two games and scored one goal. Here's what the Edsbyn manager had to say about Ordell: "I had no idea who he was, but when he showed up at training last monday it turned out that he had been a professional for several years. He will provide a huge improvement in quality for us. He's clearly too good to play in the fifth tier. He's a strong forward who is good in the penalty area and like most americans he has an incredible attitude."
Evidently Arena Soccer is the same thing as Indoor Soccer, which has a long professional history in the States and is more or less like ice hockey (in that the ball never goes out of bounds at field level), in contrast to futsal. It seems the long-running Major Indoor Soccer League folded some years back and a few leagues -- including the one Ordell played in -- stepped in to fill the void.
Well, the club was relegated to the sixth tier but Ordell is back again to play with them this summer. Here's a video interview with him. From that interview it sounds like he has been promoted from assistant to main coach for his college team and is now also trying to scout for some swedish players to bring over to his college team while play here this summer.
