What time zone are you talking about? 10:30pm in Minneapolis is like 3am in the morning over there or close.

10:30 Eastern time would be 3:30 AM British time. Doesn't make sense, you're right--I haven't heard it anywhere other than here.

Maybe they mean 10:30 in the morning British time?

i was the one that posted it...it was stated on NBC and CBS. i thought it was odd too, perhaps they meant 10:30 in the morning british time.

...but when they said it on the air they said it would be at 10:30, immediately following the address by president bush.

I've been watching the BBC feed every now and then. No talk about a Blair speech. It was eerie watching them show the pre-Bush speech feed from the White House, with makeup artists and hair dressers fixing Bush up as he practiced his speech.
