i saw this criticism coming. i was just targeting the people who'd be able to watch it. please forgive me for taking space away from some more deserving off-season asinine bullsh!t.

how about "Digital Takawira to Metros!"

    Is that worthy?

Blackburn just played ManU Jan 22, 2003 in the Worthington Cup. Who cares about Aug 2001?
The recent match would be more worthwhile.

I hope this isn't going to be a trend where everytime some soccer re-play is on YES (which only a very few of us have) that someone (Charlie S perhaps) is going to post something about it on the BS Metros board.

YES has no connection to Metros. They don't show Metros. I don't even know if they will report MLS scores.

oo, you got me, yeah, i'm charlie mutherf'cking stillitano. f'n brilliant.

for what it's worth, this game was immediately followed by ManU v Chelsea, of last week, i think? and don't worry, i only posted it because it was the first broadcast. i'd forgotten how high the *sshole to general soccer fan ratio is around here.

i occasionally think of the metros board as open to topics related to soccer in the ny/nj area, not strictly metros related. as someone who generally gets no soccer on television, other than what's on espn/2, i was happy to see some on an otherwise worthless channel, even if it is ManU. please excuse me for soiling this sacred ground with the thought of helping other fans see a rare televised match.

this was just intended to be a heads-up at the time. if you f'n hate it so much, don't respond and it will go away, you whiny little holier-than-thou, conpiracy-theory, stick-up-your-ass bitches. why don't you find somewhere else to whip your little dicks out?

I did not speak to you with disrespect. There is no justification for your disrespect of other soccer fans. I believe you owe us an apology!

And, btw, I suggest you get FSW if you can. It is the best soccer channel period.
